Gotta love 3 guys just doing the things they love. Happy to say me and my dad do those kind of things. Mostly cars and bikes but i used to fly fpv drines and he was really into it. Now i mostly rc crawlers and 1/5 scale electric rc. Obviously excluding my car me and my dad work on. Hes very busy but when he gets the time its always fun wolring with him. Although i know more about my car and other hobbies, he is so tedious and careful that he even checks me up when he knows nothing about what we are doing. Like if we are working on the top end of a bike, which he is not familiar with, ill be putting a bolt in and he'll say i should loctite it. And hes correct most of the time.

Have you ever pulled fuel from an attached drop tank?
Personally no but one of my friends had it setup on the centerline tank on an F-16. Worked great!

How would you compare the thrust to the f16?
The SU has a total of 480N (106lbs) of Thrust at ideal conditions (15 degrees C at Sea Level). The F16 has 400N (88lbs) I believe the F16 overall is a lighter plane than the SU as well.
@@thelightersideofrc crazy that the f16 is pushing almost the same thrust with one engine. That's ridiculous.
She is a Beast alright looks Brilliant. I am concerned she might be a tad underpowered Pffft.....NOT with 480 BTU,s. Ya not gonna take that down the park and Fly it. Mind boggling all the figuring out the internals ya head must hurt. Good training for the F14 XXL. Looking forward to her Maiden at Montana Jets where I suspect she will be a Star. Keep at it now. Righto NEXT one. ;0}

Don't want to be a stickler here but I'm saying it anyway because a friend almost totalled his jet twice this way. He also used that front gear weight theory from a friends identical plane. That theory only works when the plane is the overall same weight. Variances in overall weight between the planes because of the build or kit weight can move the CG quite a bit even though the nose gear weight is the same especially when the CG is close to the mains.
