I’m learning so much from how you are with the horses, I’ve had 18yrs away from horses and my new pony tb cross has so many problems from lifes journey which I’m trying so hard to learn and help him, but with my nerves from being so long away I’m having to learn to be slower and calmer around him, we are bonding so much now 20months together. But I just love how you work with the horses you are helping. Please keep your amazing videos coming, they are just amazing. Keep up your amazing work that you do. ❤
Morning this first part was great to watch and I am really going to work on myself when around LuLu because boy do I have issues 😂😂 and I have transferred some of this to my beautiful girl. So once again Miri thanks for being so open and honest BTW Great idea the Yoga Retreat, I attended one a few years ago, could not believe how I felt by the end of it. I want that zen feeling back PLEEEEEZE 😂
I know you did not ask for help on here and have already gotten a lot of positive things you do for yourself so please feel free to ignore this comment. However, I too have had some panic attacks that spiralled and there's a meditation app called simple habits and they have a function where you can choose what type of situation you're in and then you get a matching meditation. Under the SOS category you can choose anxiety/panic attack and although it's only five minutes it really helps me in these situations. Obviously it's not a miracle thing and I don't feel perfect after but for me at least it gives me a starting point to get to grips again instead of it getting further out of hand. Maybe this may help someone else too. Lots of love xx

This may sound stupid but if she is constantly foraging could that be likened to humans comfort eating. I know if I get upset or stressed I just want food and normally rubbish food.
You are running a businesd with living animals that have to be fed every day no matter what & can keep you on call H24. No wonder you are stressed. Only way out is finding that sweet spot where you can afford very reliable time off worry free. Wishing you the best.
Awesome work ... i lost my mind to aniexty and depression... ended up finding God... not religion ... through deliverance i evicted all the crap found peace and joy ... i understand the spiritual war now that happens esp in our minds

When B was stressed she was frantic with food and we struggled with resource guarding. Once she was healed she was totally different around food❤
It’s taking some time, and I think there are still things to mend but we are getting there
