Thanks a zillion times my Super Don for this lovely video, it's a very nice place but I don't know how to place it either as a retreat centre but really a resort, but it's a good place to relax and get high inspiration, I wish I can assimilate your humbleness , you behave like a typical Creole man full of respect for everyone, unfortunately I have been nigerianized and I am gradually loosing it

    Simply beautifully planned.
Two things missing are exposure and a Solar Power System. I sincerely hope they thrive, and I will definitely be interested in staying there. Nigerians deserve beautifully planned locations such as this. THANKS for this content.

This resort was originally called TCC Ogere (Training and Conference Centre). It was Founded and solely owned by Mr Ogunlana: He was also the founder and owner of SCIB Insurance Brokers. A native of Ijebu land.
It was designed to host corporate entities for Marketing Retreats, AGM's, Brainstorming sessions and a host of other corporate events.
The chalets are named after his children and those of the late Sir Hassan Odukale: founder and sole owner of LeadwayAssuranceCompany Ltd. (His bossom friend/mentor).
TCC Ogere (Ogere Resort), was built and became operational around the late 80's.

Amazing Video and Place. Reminds me of a vacation property (Marriott ) in Orlando Florida. The same concept. The brains behind this clearing thought this out . Had a vision . Well manicured green. Clean rooms. BBQ and the Pit .

I like your videos. It's very Authentic and your positive energy. God knows I'm always looking forward to places to visit in Nigeria, especially if I have to come down with my family. I was disappointed when I found out the Ogbudu cattle Ranch in Calabar no longer exists or rather it's no longer functional. Can you visit the slave place in Badagry and make a video about the place. Nigeria has no idea what it is losing in terms of Tourism. Like I said I like your Positive Energy. Huge fan and Subscriber.

Insecurity is a big problem in Nigeria.
And that's why tourists don't like to visit Nigeria.
Nigeria is not save country simple as that.
Kidnappers, Armed Robbers, Bandits and Herdsmen are everywhere in Nigeria.

@@johnsonolajide4647 So Mexico is very notorious for drug cartels and their violence. But Americans love to visit certain tourist resorts in Mexico. The Mexican Government and the carrels have worked out a compromise that those tourist resorts in places like Cancun and the rest are free from the violence. I even heard that the cartels own some of the resorts and provide securities and there are no violence there. Both the Govt and Cartels know the positive economic impact of making sure tourists keep coming and therefore make sure those plans are free from violence.

OMG!!!!! That was so so impressive 👏.
To be Honest I Never realised that a beautiful place like this is along Ibadan and Lagos way,, when I was in Nigeria 🇳🇬, But I think the problem is that this particular areas was known for a Dangerous area for Armed robbers and unexpected accidents by throwing tyres along the road that caused many accidents, I was once a victim along that area, I think that is the reason why Ogere Resort Centre did Not popular
Because people don't want to stay in a Very dangerous place like this .
My Suggestion is that if the management of the place can give people a 💯 guarantee to people for Safety, Believe me things will definitely change.🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬👌👌👌💕💕💕❤❤

Lovely to see our beautiful princess Abisola, and beautiful Alix!
Okay. When I saw that ugly unsightly entrance gate with no landscapping, just the dusty red earth, I was so sure this was going to be an unsightly mess. But what a pleasant surprise! This is really beautiful! Love, love, love the landscapping! The coutyard, wow, beautiful! The room in the guest suite is really lovely! Would have been nice to have more natural light in the sitting area, and the kitchen.
To the discerning eye, you will notice the water drainage systems camouflaged beautifully throughtout the property. No open eye-sore gutters. Expanse of green lawns beautifully maintained, and remain intact because of the wonderful walkways. No lawn-jaywalking across the lawns.
This will make a wonderful location for a destination wedding.
There are a few things I would have done differently to make it look more like a true resort, if I were the owner of this wonderful place. But all in all, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this.
How about a mini one of these at the Green Paradise, Bayo?

Nice place! It's a shame nigerians dont know how to advertise their good side, the bad stuff are quickly broadcasted to the world easily...places like these should be a househood name, nationally atleast.Talking about Places like these in Nigeria, they should all be planned with solar electrification in mind, might be expensive at first but in the long run it will be worth it.All the resorts and hotels should be mandated by law to use solar, it would reduce the load on the national grid, and make 24 hours electricity closer to reality in Nigeria..Thank you.

It’s sad that we still don’t have steady energy in our country how can the government expect business to flourish without electricity🤬 let’s just take a moment to actually think about this the owner can’t afford to open because of the cost of diesel sooo sad and how long will the staff be employed for if they cannot open….
