      So the law of attraction which has been practiced for hundreds of years is bull shit but this technique published in 2021 is the real deal?! The best thing to do is read from different sources, gain knowledge then put it all together because different approaches will resinate with certain individuals. I will dowload the audiobook to form my opinion. The Master key System is a great book written over 100 years ago but the truth is, even with all this Info you need to find your passion and self-love to really excel on this journey.

    I typically eat around 18.30 and then not until 11 - 12.30 gives me a fasted state of around 16 hours. I also have a detox drink small glass of warm water with the following.
    Fresh lemon squeezed
    2 tbs apple cider vinegar
    1 tbs olive oil
    Ginger
    Aloe juice
    If new to this fasting can be difficult to start but when you stick to it and detox with other good practices you feel amazing i went 8 months without even a little cold fell off and had a bad couple months and was hit with illness. Im back on track now and its become the norm for me, just a shift in mentality. I do enjoy a treat here and there moderation is key.

      Since I reached retirement , I have breakfast at 7-8 am ( a glass of milk + 1/2 banana ) , lunch at 11 am , dinner at 5pm . After dinner I do not eat anything else . Only since 2022 , at 6.30 pm , I drink a very small cup of 2 red chinese dates + 10 boji berries after soaking them in boiling water 2 hours , it help me sleep well .

    I heard this "eat less" all the time & never paid much attention. Now after 70, I can say with personal evidence that it is TRUE (as long as what you eat is lean & clean, veg, fruit, minimum salt, sugar, oil). Sadhguru said "half the health problems will go away". That depends on how much you have ruined your health by unhealthy eating. If you have been moderate, like me, then likely MOST health problems will go away. 🙏

      @@billbooth1592 i here mixed things online in regards to sugar and health. I have internal hemorrhoids and im trying to increase fiber intake and eliminate added sugar. So only fruit, vegetables, and some meat. But people say fruit has alot of sugar and its only good in moderation, and not everyday. So I'm just confused 😕

      Yeah some people need to eat more smaller meals. I can’t digest 1 or 2 large meals only, and gotta cut them in half so I don’t mess up my diaphragm (I get hernias if I eat the normal amount others eat usually)
      And trying to sleep while very hungry is very painful for me too lol 😂 especially the morning I feel dizzy đŸ˜”â€đŸ’« and tired af if I didn’t eat for more than 12 hours or something lol

      I have the same issue. But you shouldn't be hungry if you eat 4-5hrs before bed. Also try heavier exercise early in the day to tire yourself out. Sometimes I have trouble sleeping if I do heavy exercise in the evening, because my nervous system has trouble calming down

    Notice how humans and animals fall asleep so easily after a meal, that is natures way. It’s not easy to fall asleep on an empty stomach. Hunger is a signal that we get up and forage and hunt for food, not go to sleep. Sleep comes after the meal.

    Our food environment has dramatically changed in recent decades whilst our bodies metabolic systems are probably still in hunter gatherer times. We're eating stuff that never existed and often isn't real food at all. All the sugary highly processed stuff is messing up our natural hormonal systems, spiking insulin production creating increasing diabetes and related metabolic disorders. The hormone that makes you feel full becomes suppressed ( leptin) so we continously feel hungry ,we eat too often so the bodies natural clean up squad never get a chance to do their job ( autophagy) creating more problems. The high blood sugar signals to store fat so obesity results. The ancient practices of fasting hold great scientific truths as well as spiritual ones.

    Namaskaram Sadhguru! The frequency with which your body operates is transitory. The variance is a reflection of how the mind & body can correlate certain "necessities" which function at optimal levels. The objective is to "shock" your body into burning fatty acids. For this to materialize one must exercise on an empty stomach. Meditation should NEVER be done on a full stomach as well. For human beings meditation is "Static" but for "Alien Beings" it is very fluid. If Hinduism had the Laws Of God which are in the "Quran" & "Torah", I would recommend it to everyone. No other religion can teach you about "Cosmic Energy." This is the reason every single Guru in the world is a Hindu.     You can do it If your metabolism is slow but if your metabolism is fast it's hard to sleep hungry. You can do fasting in waking hours but not doing sleep

The benefits of being vegan are much greater than not being vegan and being able to fast longer. But I’m sure vegans can fast too, I just need to understand how so I can do it properly.     Technically you don't have to go to bed starving. You just have to stop eating at least three hours before bedtime and not eat for at least 12 hours after your last meal of the day. It's just a form of intermittent fasting, and many people will fast daily from 16 to 18 hours and eat within a six to eight hour period of the day.

      If you can change your metabolism through meditation, it helps a great deal. I don't have that ability anymore otherwise I could break down refined sugars very easily. Perhaps Sadhguru has this ability.

    I cant sleep or think when I’m hungry. Plus i have a high metabolism even at 49. My bmr is 1609. So if i laid around and did nothing, i would need to consume 1609 calories a day to live. Im active, so obviously i burn more than that per day. I try to eat 2-3 meals a day, but sometimes i get hungry 2 hours after i eat even if its a high calorie meal. 90-95 percent of what i eat is healthy. I leave that 5 percent open to the occasional snack like ice cream, or chips or something. Most of my snacks are healthy snacks. My point is, is not everyone can eat 2 meals a day 8 hours apart. If i only ate garbage processed gmo food all the time, then i understand the importance of doing that to detox the body.

      @@krishnanarayansetty9221 i eat balanced meals. My body has been out of wack since march, and no doctor can figure out why. Eventually ill get to the bottom of it through process of elimination. My life has been a living hell since march. As a side note I’ve learned a lot of new things over the last 5 months while dealing with these mysterious bodily issues, mostly from eating. I could go on and on about how many er visits and tests i have done since march with no diagnosis. But i wont.

    Traditional old saying. Why 1 1957 born man seemed so old ? 70% of people in poor countries is always hungry (whether sleep or awake). Most U.S. American / European are fat because taking too much sugar, not sufficient exercise
