    Great video! Definitely different than a lot of dribbling drills out there. This one was a challenge for sure, crazy how more drills don’t emphasize the in and outs.

    BALL HANDLINGS: (30 to 60 second per side, go longer if its hard)
    POUND & OUTSIDE DRIBBLES:
    1# (just do a REGULAR POUND and POCKET it at ur side WITHOUT carrying the bottom of the ball)
    2# (put a objects in the middle of ur legs and DRIBBLE THE BALL out of the object u putted and after thar u POCKET it, basically DRIBBLING it at the OTHER SIDE)
    3# (you just combine drill 1# and 2#, so first u do a POUND and then dribble it at the other side while theres an OBJECT at the middle of ur legs then after u do both of those drills now u will POCKET the ball)
    4# (this u do a POUND and then u POCKET then do the outside dribble on the other side and u POCKET, basically doing the 1# and 2# drill but the difference of this drill to drill 3# is drill 3# u don't do a POCKET after the POUND)
    5# (first do a POUND and then the outside DRIBBLE at the other side and then u do a BETWEEN THE LEGS)
    6# (this is just the reverse drill of number 5#, drill do a POUND at the other side and then do a outside dribble on the same side on what hand u use to dribble the ball then u do a BETWEEN THE LEGS at the same side u have the ball)
    7# (first u do a normal POUND and then do the outside DRIBBLE but AS FAST AS U CAN)
    CROSSOVERS:
    8# (now we do a CROSS OVER to try to HANG the DRIBBLE for as long as we can)
    9# (now we do TWO SLOW CROSS OVERS with an HANG them an then TWO FAST CROSS OVERS)
    BETWEEN THE LEGS:
    10# (now we do TWO SLOW CROSS OVERS with an HANG them an then do ONE FAST BETWEEN THE LEGS)
    11# (as the same as drill #10 we do TWO SLOW CROSS OVERS with an HANG them an then do ONE FAST BETWEEN THE LEGS but we add a FAST BEHIND THE BACK)
    12# (now do a SLOW BETWEEN THE LEGS and SLOW CROSS and then a EXPLOSIVE BETWEEN THE LEGS and then a EXPLOSIVE CROSS)
    13# (now do TWO SLOW BETWEEN THE LEGS and then EXPLOSIVE BETWEEN THE LEGS and then EXPLOSIVE CROSS
    14# (now do SLOW BETWEEN THE LEGS and then a SLOW BEHIND THE BACK and then an EXPLOSIVE BETWEEN THE LEGS then an EXPLOSIVE CROSS)
    15# (on this drill u will FREESTYLE so ANY DRIBBLE u want but first it has to be A COUPLE SLOW and then turn EXPLOSIVE A COUPLE dribble too)
    IN-N-OUT DRILLS:
    16# (now u do a SLOW POUND then a FAST In-N-Out but u need to shift ur weight on the other side and use ur eyes to sell the bag on the other side)
    17# (now do a FAST In-N-Out then a POCKET and shift ur weight on the other side and use ur eyes to sell the bag on the other side)
    18# (on this drill u do TWO FAST IN-N-OUT DRIBBLES then u add a SLOW POUND to restart the DRILL and shift ur weight on the other side and use ur eyes to sell the bag on the other side)
    19# (on this drill u use BOTH SIDES first u do a POUND then a In-N-Out then an CROSS and u do it at the OTHER SIDE)
    20# (now u do a In-N-Out and then BETWEEN THE LEGS and then u repeat it on the other side)
    21# (now u do In-N-Out and then BEHIND THE BACK and then u repeat it on the other side)
    IN-N-OUT BETWEEN:
    22# (now u do an Front Between The Leg on side u have the ball)
    23# (on this drill u do the 22# drill but on reverse u START from BEHIND)
    24# (on this drill u just combine drill 22# and drill 23# with a FRONT between and then turn into a BACK between on side u have the ball)
    25# (now u do BEHIND THE BACK WRAPS without any other dribbles)
    JOLT DRIBBLES:
    26# (now u do a POUND and then a JOLT DRIBBLE)
    27# (now u do a POUND and then an OUTSIDE DRIBBLE and then u do a JOLT DRIBBLE)
    28# (now u do a CROSSOVER and then chase it with the JOLT DRIBBLE down the middle)
    29# (on this drill u COMBINE all of the JOLT DRIBBLES on drill #26 #28 #27
    now u do a POUND and then a JOLT DRIBBLE then a CROSSOVER JOLT and then u do the OUTSIDE DRIBBLE and the JOLT DRIBBLE)
    30# (now u do POUND and then a V DRIBBLE and a CROSSOVER and into BETWEEN THE LEGS and into BEHIND THE BACK DRIBBLE now u do this on the other side, TIP: be full SPEED)

      Better to have a slippery ball so you Get better handles but its easier with a normal ball

      Ill say whats helped me a lot is just spreading your hand more for better control. You should incorporate spreading your hand more in drills as well.
