This is the interview that we've always wanted from Kirk....he rarely talks about his 20s, the years in California and that time period. He's talked about his dad being a disclipinarian so good to see he didn't pressure Kirk which allowed him time to find himself.
I love Kirk. An American treasure.

Can confirm, I was in the building at Plymouth. When Kirk announced he was re-signing my Apple Watch gave me a warning message because the sound level went over 125db, it was a MASSIVE volume pop

Amazing interview, and someone who is now in radio broadcasting as well it was so informative. Also made me miss the days when 670 The Score was must listen radio. It's such a dumpster fire now and totally un-listenable. The days of the Heavy Fuel Crew with Dan McNeil and Terry Boers were legendary.

Maybe I’m in the minority but I don’t think Kirk comes off looking great in this interview. This is the most real that I’ve heard him. Pres has what? 100x the net worth yet when he talks about his history it comes off so much more humble. I thought the super ego was mostly schtick this was kind of the glass breaking moment for me.
