Recipe and ingredients:
For dough:
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
200g (1 cup) sugar
8g (1/2 tbsp) vanilla sugar
160g (1 cup) flour
30g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder
100g (2/5 cup) milk
75g (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
Baking pan 28x18cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for 35 minutes
For raspberry jam:
500g (3 cups) raspberries
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
40g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
90g (6 tbsp) water
For cream:
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
For jelly layer:
1 packet of jelly red 100g (cherry, strawberry or raspberry flavor)
500g (2 cups) hot water
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
