This was my first attempt. super fun experiment!
I made the prosthetics brain using a mix of gelatin and glycerin but latex will work too. Latex actually would have been easier to paint and fasten on but when I compared the two I liked the softer squishier texture of the gelatin brain.
Painted with grease paints and blood and fastened with a cut out bald cap and adhesives.
The bald cap was a cheapo one so thats why the edges are quite thick around the face, but if a better quality bald cap was used this look would have been even better! (if you can justify cutting up a $40 one) still pretty happy with the results all up.
