  • A bit of chit-chat, with a couple helpful hints to reduce voices, as I drink coffee. A fly lands on my face, just after mentioning that there are a lot of insects around the garden. 2 Tips: be around real people and listen to them talk, and don't actively listen to voices. A little about the hallucinations I've experienced and their features. The idea of an entire society being delusional (East Vs West perspectives on Schizophrenia). Will talk about this more later on. Also a little about Christ.

+mark shaw (buzz) Thanks Mark. Those are great suggestions! I find I don't normally need to listen to music as I'm symptom free most of the time now. However, when I do have symptoms I find this can be helpful, though sometimes I have heard people speaking through the music. It could be on my phone, t.v. or radio (though I rarely watch t.v.). How long have you been hearing voices etc. for? When did it start for you? My understanding is it generally happens earlier for men than for women. Do you have family who have the condition? Or know anyone else with similar experiences? I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks again for the comments. One more thing. Could you explain the difference between schizoaffective and schizophrenia in case anyone is reading this who'd like to know. Thanks again, Mark. :) Have an awesome day!

Is this your website? Thanks Mark. I'll look into that. I just wanted to touch on your point about openly talking to the voices in public. I choose not to do that, because I'm able to ignore them pretty much and live a normal life - wether I have symptoms or am symptom free, like I am now.
