Colored Pencil Bubbles | Easy Colored Pencil Tutorial

Today I will show you how to draw colored pencil bubbles! This is an easy colored pencil tutorial for beginners or anyone looking to sharpen their colored pencil techniques. I think the best results or on a dark toned paper, I am using black. Dark blue or purple would be a beautiful choice and I linked my classroom tested brand below.
Prismacolors are the best colored pencils, but I have used Crayola with excellent results as well. Use what you have and have fun.
