I don't know if they're stores are located globally, but I found some in the (flying) tiger store the other day. Super affordable as well! Plus you could go into any craft- or stationery store and get some sheets of black paper..
I'm so excited to to this!!
Step one: get black paper, wait I don't have black paper
Step two: get a pencil, I left my pencils at school
Step three: get color pencils, my sister took them
Step four: get a candle to trace the circle, didn't find a candle
Step five: print out a bubble picture out of the computer and take the credit that I did it!

I was freaking out at 4:39 because when you were coloring I saw bits of like colored pencil specs (I don't know it's called) over the paper so I blow on my phone (just because I could) and you blow at the same time! So for a sec I though I actually blew the little colored pencil bits off😂👌

WHAT THE HECK ITS NOT EVEN A CIRCLE
just a tip, if you want a shiny bubble get some shiny liquid like clear nail varnish and spread it over the bubble, you can get bottles of spray that are quite cheap at some craft stores too. it just makes the bubble really realistic.

It you want the art to last and not go yellow then don't use nail polish. Nail polish will yellow under regular light and become brittle and fracture. The only reason it works for nails is that you tend to remove it before that happens.
I want to try this now🙃 but instead of paint I think I would use a white gel pen because I only want dry mediums in my sketch book😅

For super-bright highlights, try using gouche. I use Windsor & Newton Zinc White for my highlights, since it has a vaguely reflective quality to it that matches very well with the waxiness of prismacolor pencils.
I love how u admit u can't draw perfect circles and then use a Yankee candle jar to draw a circle....I literally died at that point cause I do the same EXACT THING

Not to give unsolicited advice, especially when I'm new to your channel, but with circles it really does help to turn the paper every 1/4 or 1/3 or the circle. I'm also terrible with circles and someone told me to turn the paper as I draw it and it helped so much! Thanks for all the tutorials, I'm trying to learn how to paint but I realized I need to brush up on my drawing skills first lol
If you don't have a Hobby Lobby you can go to Michael's, if you don't have a Michael's, well then, just color the paper black with a colored pencil.

Ben Dover Gay Lemons it requires coloured pencils, not any specific ones. Besides, faber castell makes like 10 different kinds of pencils, not just polychromos that are almost not affordable for normal people. The classics are awesome too and are super cheap.

Your bubbles looked Fantastic, i'm a begginer artist so i really can't do much on my own, but even so the amount of stuff i can do with so little experience i have is outstanding, that's what i like about art its so diverse and you can do so many things regarddles of your levels of skills in it.

Excellent tutorial....I draw and paint very well, but somethings are difficult. I always learn new techniques and styles by watching other artists.
Absolutely beautiful finished and step by step process. I think most people (even beginners) could easily follow this method. A couple of practice tries and you can probably do this. Very nice!

Beautiful job! I was curious, though, if you ever tried correction fluid for the bright highlights instead of paint? Since it has a more inky consistency and is made to be written over, I wondered how that would work?
