You should read Kill Joy by: Holly Jackson. It is a really quick read. It is a good book to read if you feel like you are entering a slump.

i’m not going to lie - it’s ALOT. but i do HIGHLY recommend it!! it flows really well and with the ending of EOS there was no way i’d be able to read a whole other book before kingdom of ash!! good luck bestie!!🫶🏻

Definitely DO NOT recommend Kill Joy. It added nothing to the story. It was supposed to set up for the first book which it didn't even really do. It was also insanely boring and very anticlimactic. It's the only book I have ever given one star.
I feel the same way about it not really being a 5 star if I have to question it I have been feeling this way about multiple books recently 🪡
