Excellent video, with all the socials these days, you don't need all the latest and greatest. Regardless of the truck. To mention on your build, getting gear second hand so many good deals out there. Would done couple more buget options and try squeeze a fridge within the totals. Superb work, love the down to earth mindset. Best luck in your marroco trip. 👍
Thanks Luis, It makes a great adventure 4wd and to think it can be done on a 5k Budget is cool. Do have to be careful when buying so low not to get a lemon as we usually see a few of those for sale 😂 Looking forward to our drive to Africa!

It does that very well. To be fair we would happily spend a few weeks overlanding with the additional power and Fridge for example. A few creature comforts 😁

That tent looks good. I'm interested but how to fold up a wet tent on a rainy day? I'm going to do a 5-day offroad trip in Scotland soon, so there may be some rain... Maybe a little tutorial by you (experienced campers)? Best regards, David
Hi David, we have done this many a time and it's exactly the same just unpleasant 😂 make sure to close the door first so that water does not run inside.
While not my type of truck that is very impressive.
In my defense I am several times your age and need a little more comfort 😊
Depends on the type of travel too I guess. Short term great but longer we would want a little more space but others would probably be happy with this set up on a year long adventure 😃
How do you fit the roof rack? You had to drill holes right? Also a SWB pajero owner.
That is correct. Under the plactic in the rails so it's a headliner out job.
