A Honda starter always sounds like it needs a new battery ^^

Yikes, that dodge.. I think it just needs power steering fluid

That's what I thought too, but the fluid was okay, and it only did that when it was cold on startup. It went away as it warmed up. Maybe the pump was on its way out lol
