Warframe may be a very large game. Yet it has many things that you should try to unlock or at least set as your general goal. First of all clan are always important. They have many good early on weapons and warframes that can help you out. You should always do the star chart, important to get some of that MR and unlock the ability to do more in the game. Naturally with all of that you will have to do a ton of quests in the game. Those will also get you many weapons warframes and more! Plus they are pretty fun so that's good.

@@garbundy7771 just make sure to have all 8 requiem mods before starting a litch my first time I made my litch to tier 5 which made it extremely tanky and strong
Tip: you can check the node progresion at profile stats
If you want to unlock steel path then you just gotta do the base system and don't have to do railjack

The war within, The sacrefice and octavia’s anthem are my favorite quests, they just really captivate how good DE can be at story telling once they are really passionate about it
@@rosebirb12 Yea, I also like the small touch up with your operator sometimes entering you orbiter for that small jumpscare.
Octavias anthem was an amazing quest
If you like quests in this game thats cool but people like me who don't care about story or lore they are so boring don't like a single quest in this game personally

@Blazing Robin, yeah, I loved those 3 quests too! Definitely my favorites. Chains of the Harrow was pretty decent too, and I was legit nervous during the first mission since I didn't know what to expect. The Sacrifice was probably my very favorite though, since it gave us some backstory into Ballas and the creation of warframes. Otavia's Anthem was good too, cause for some reason, cephalons in Warframe convey more emotion than most of the human/humanoid characters do. Hearing Simaris argue with Suda about music was amusing.
I honestly can't wait to see what the rest of the story is going to be. I hope DE puts the same amount of time, effort, and passion into the rest of the story as they did with what we have so far. :D
My day 1 recommendation for all new players is to save up 5k credits and get a Taxon blueprint.
- It's a good way to introduce the market and why they shouldn't spend plat there for a while.
- It's a good intro to building stuff and how to gather resources.
- It requires polymers, so it gives players a tangible reason to clear the nodes to the Venus junction.
- It's an easy 9k mastery they can get in parallel to other gear they're leveling.
- Having some sort of vacuum is pretty much required in this game.

@@platzu8061 the problem is components take. 12 or 24 hours , if not, id say iy took me about a week to have a basic dojo build, hall, labs and maybe 1 or 2 rooms

@@platzu8061 If ypu are going to start a dojo, building the Labs is a good place to start because they will produce weapons and gear to help you increase your mastery rank witch will in turn give you acces to more stuff moving forward
The amount of information is not confusing, it's the lack of it being explained.
When I first encountered an immune boss I was like WTF am I supposed to do now, not to mention the ridiculous idea to scan enemies to build a worse wiki than the one online which isn't complete either.
Even basic problems like I'm running out of energy, what do I do? Are stupidly hard to answer for a new player

Been playing 2+ years and _still_ have not done all the quests or unlocked the whole starchart. What the hell have I been doing for over 2 years ... hell if I know, LOL.

I have my own clan my cousin and I started it but he took a big break and I researched everything on my own I have been keeping it up to date with the new stuff and its almost perfectly researched

Play with colors and get a cape. Fashion is an essential part of warframe. Get started early.
Grow and communicate with your friends list. Clans are nice, but people who you sync up with on playtime, progression, and personality are invaluable. No point in lonerframe unless that's what you prefer.
Learn trading. Both ingame and website based. Just keeps things interesting when the grind sets in, and keeps progression moving at its intended rate. Also keeps buying Plat where it should be, optional and only for fun.

I think it's a good idea also to pick a neutral syndicate and keep an eye on ranking them up. Once you rank them up first time you get a sigil and if you wear it the XP you get in the game helps rank that particular syndicate up. Look to the left of your main hub on the ship to find them. At some point you won't have the resource you need to rank them up to the second or third until you find it but at least you'll be ready when you do get it

Honestly. You're my go to YTer when it comes to Warframe. I've only started playing about 2 weeks ago on the Switch and I can't put the damn thing down. Thanks for your content dude!!

I’d say that nightwave would be a great thing to focus on the side thing as well, just as a little early game boost
There are a number of things that are needed for completing builds, or just upgrading your stuff, that are only available through Nightwave or are much easier to obtain through Nightwave (Nitain extract?). Fortunately, if you're moving through completing the star chat=rt and doing quests, you're going to incidentally discover Nightwave, because the tasks there can be things like "kill 100 enemies", and that will just happen without you even knowing Nightwave is a thing ;)
Problem with Nightwave is when you get weekly missions you can't so early because they require quests unlock later

Can we get a beginner's guide with a fresh, blank new account for 2021? I'd love to see this as I'd like to create a new account and start fresh to get a better grasp on this game. I've played this game for a while, but never had the opportunity to fully understand this game.
Restarting warframe is aids
Rail jack nodes are not required to unlock steel path. However I do find rail jack to be a vary interesting and fun game mode and yes I can confirm that building a dojo solo is a LONG and grindy process the shear amount of forma crafting alone was bonkers but on the bright side, all that relic farming provided a lot of prime weapons and warframes parts and never really felt like a waste at all.. I still relic farm daily so a can always have a forma crafting in the foundry at all times. God I must have made well over 200 of them by now.

2. Become a Wukong main
3.Make a Donkey Kong look
4. Unstoppable profit

I'm a new player and want Wukong as my second warframe but it'll take a while considering I have to go to Jupiter if I got my research right.
@@ringofdreal1374 i am a returning player, still dont know alot. But wukong you get from a dojo in a tenno lab I believe. And i think you can still farm for wukong prime unless he is vaulted already. And i think you need to be MR 5 to use him
you should talk about the first trigger for main quests because i only learned about that when i was MR 8 when a guy asked me if i did the natah quest after i asked him about how he turned into a human.

Pro tip for newbies: Never buy primed frames for +150p and wait 6 months for them to drop down to 50p and NEVER.EVER.BUY.RIVENS
Solid agree on rivens; while I enjoy them for their flexibility for goofy builds (105.60 fire rate Twin Vipers go brrr), they're a fucking resource (kuva and endo) sink that a new player can't afford to upgrade, never mind purchase outright.
With regards to vaulted frames though I have to somewhat disagree. New players should probably spend most of their plat on slots and other utility items, but there's a couple frames I'd say are worthy of their 100-200p cost regardless of where you are in the game, such as Nekros or Nova. Saving up for these teaches new players how plat grind grinding works, why warframe.market is a better option vs trade chat, etc. Having another kind of goal (as opposed to quests and stuff) also motivated me when I started out.
@@surebetsa1594 Most people will end up using inaros or wukong anyway since most tennos are casual, so those other two would end up becoming mr fodders eventually
Buying a trash riven for the weapon you like and rerolling it yourself is good tho
@@IDKbruh420 They're not worth it especially when guns are about to get buffed with melee type mods (if what the people on forums are saying is true about guns about to have their own CO mod)
@@metalheadzaki I just use the Cedo for if I want innate Condition Overload ngl. I'm happy they added it, it's a fun shotgun to play. Kinda sucks they made it one of the guns you need to have a high standing with the family on deimos to get though.

Same here but finished it last Week. What you need to do is do your quests, it will suck you in and do some nodes between quest downtimes. You'll be done in no time.

My problem is, I play is chunks of time. few months at a time daily, then run into some sort of block or power ceiling i cant figure out, take a break for a while, come back months later. No clan wants to keep that kind of player on. Seems like my only real option is to start my own clan, and hope its not dissolved in 6 months when i come back to play like almost every other game i ever played.
What I did was:
- Finish the tutorial
- Started doing couple of quest till I get excal umbra.
- Farmed until I have Ash Prime then bought some cosmetics to make a fashion.
- Then tried to finished the quest tho Im still not finished still
1. Spend you starting 50 Platinum buying 1x warframe slot and 2x double-weapon slots.
2. Join and active and friendly clan. Clan-mates can help you a LOT & dojo has many blueprints.
3. Unlock Venus Junction. Get and build the Taxon sentinel. Mod it with Vacuum and equip it.
1 - mute ordis
2 - start farming and building forma
3 - build carrier equip vacuum on it
4 - build xoris + atomos (put potatoes in them, keep around to clear hard content)
5 - build archwing
before creating your own solo clan: figure out the most expensive blueprints and buy them from another clan that has them.

Do you need to be a certain level to join a clan? Are there certain clans that I should join?
Can you make a video with all the quests that are available and how to get them? Cuz not all of them are in the codex
the ones that aren't yet in the codex will appear after completing other quests or progressing star chart
I never knew increasing your Mastery rank also increases your daily standing cap(i guess i dont read anything when i rank up). Well, might as well add having to go to a higher mastery rank level now.
When I started, took me 2 weeks to get Steel Path unlocked, so 250+ is not that much really at all.. Keep in mind mission take only minutes
500 hours in and I still haven't finish all the quests and nodes
Is it a good idea to unlock all the planets than after that do all the nodes?

Really didn't like having to join a clan when I last played 3+ years ago. The place felt empty and impersonal. Lots of things to get that I'd rather just grind for myself if I was allowed to.
There are 233 nodes on the star chart and no, Railjack isn't included. Have you never looked at the 'Stats' page in your own profile? Star chart progress is right there.
I personally think the first thing u should do as a new player is to have fun while it lasts 😢

Oh, and quick edit: there are 233 nodes on the normal starchart (idk about railjack), and progress can be checked on the stats page on your profile. You don't need railjack to unlock Steel Path and Arbitrations anyway, so it doesn't matter as much.

I really need a good weapon that is ranged i basicly have no good long range weapon becouse i usualy play with mele since i have no reason to use other weapons since i cant kill stuff if o do use them
Shotgun. With Mods. Shotgun with mods. You can turn the boar into an assault rifle almost. Or get acceltra. Long range and even when you miss you hit something

@@Korruptec I completed the star chart but I tried to do a sortie on Hades (Animo) I couldn't start the sortie because it required me to complete the node normally to be able to access the sortie (but I obviously did it before).
