Maybe, make another screen rack, place it over the one day dried rack and rotate the whole batch at once. Use the extra rack to load inside, maybe early morning or night before, among other house tasks. Good video, thank you.

Pizza is definitely one of our favourites too. They're also nice in stir frys and noodle dishes.

i love sun dried tomatoes too..but mine are store bought because I do not have the BOMB deyhdrator..
