If you are traveling to Dominican Republic you should learn the value of your money to our Dominican Pesos and learn how to manage it. Many people look at our money and spend it as if it has no value when in reality, if you're in the country it does have value because you are exchanging your currency for ours. So you should pay attention to how you spend it. If you enjoy this video checkout my Dominican Republic playlist here czcams.com/play/PL0OHP8RGzZ5aTY_XSCWJCLYfyD5FKkane.html

Very informative, the prices of these foods and items is the same price in america, ok so here is where the local Dominicans lose out, if the cost of food and stuff is the same as ours but they make alot alot less, that is the problem. Ok now i see. My friend told me everything else works good with exchange rate but they said food is expensive for dominicans. I understand now. Regular local cafe/resturaunt meals are really affordable for americans, and fairly affordable for locals, but retail food prices are high for dominican wages. I see.
