Hi, Thanks for the review, very helpful. Can you confirm if there are any navigation features on this unit? I do mountain biking and some of the trails I intend to do are in remote areas and not well marked. The trails are on forestry roads and it is very easy to take a wrong turn and get lost. My reason for wanting to get a GPS unit is to be able to load a pre-selected route and have navigation to make sure I follow that route. Regards
Jan van der Westhuizen hi there Jan, there’s no GPS function on this unit, it’s very basic, Giant have the NeoSTrack with Gps, it’s kinda ok but I’ll go for a unit with good processing power, hit me an email I’ll reply with some options 👌
Brando Kally Sorry, the autocorrection for German striked here... I was talking about Liv or Giant. I think I got the answer from Giant now, you can only use the Noe with 2020 bikes from Liv or Giant.
Ok good so its GPS speed, 99% of the time it will be correct, but remember 99% 🙈. Get another gps from a friend and use them both together to see the readings, it sounds like a good video for me to make 🤔 🙏🏼
Im actually having problems while getting GPS connections. I already downloaded the app both in my celphone and computer. Just i can't get the symbol of GPS change.
Pablo & friends Music it seems to be the unit, I will suggest taking it to your dealers and get it swopped, I doubt that unit can be repaired they might replace it

Thank you Harvey 🙏🏼 it has a very basic pairing process. I used it with the giant HR and Cadence sensor with no problem
Did you test connecting the Neos to a 2019 Liv oder Giant Bike via Bluetooth? Is it possible to get the speed from the bike (not via GPS)?

unfortunately you can only sync to a mobile phone
Device does not switch on. When keeping on/off button down for few secs it then goes on for moment then switches off.
can i connect this with the giant ridesense and cellphone both in bluetooth?

In Gps mode it will automatically pick up your speed. You only need a cadence sensor for cadence. But speed is displayed by the gps itself
