This mission, July 14, 1944, the American infantry advances towards the city of St. Lô.
The townships north of the city are strongly defended by the German 352nd Infantry Division of the 2nd Parachute Corps and the Lehr Panzer Division.
Part of the Armored Division of the Lehr Panzer Division pushed north, while the Allied infantry tried to make their way south.
The Fw190s of (I Gruppe, Jagdgeshwader 1 [Oseau]) on July 16 entered combat over the St. Lô area.....

Esta misión, 14 de julio de 1944 la infanteria estadounidense avanzan hacia la ciudad de St. Lô.
Los municipios al norte de la ciudad estan fuertemente defendidos por 352ª Division de infanteria Alemana de la 2º Cuerpo de Paracaidistas y la Division Panzer Lehr.
Parte de los Blindados de la Division Panzer Lehr empujaron hacia el norte, mientras la infanteria aliada trataba de abrirse paso hacia el sur.
Los Fw190 del (I Gruppe, Jagdgeshwader 1 [Oseau] ) el 16 de Julio entraron en combate sobre la zona de St. Lô.....
