Sir a day before yesterday I found that eptriochlear lymph nodes on my left arm are swollen . Its size would be maximum 1 cm in size . Is it cancer sir ? My body temperature ranges between 98.4 F to 98.8 F . I don't experience night sweats . I took 2nd dose of covishield on 9th august . I haven't lost weight . My pulse is around 85 , Breathing rate per minute is 13 . My current weight is 65 kgs . BP is 120/80 . Age is 20 years . I don't have swollen lymph nodes in armpit , neck or groin only eptriochlear of left arm is swollen . Should I wait for 2 weeks or go to doctor immediately . Google says its lymphoma . I am very scared sir . Sir there is no history of cancer in my family or extended family . What are the chances of it being cancerous . Sir pls help .

@@silverstone9952 first of all just chill ...it looks like you are very anxious ...epitrichler lymph node swelling is commonly seen with syphilis ...do you have any family history of syphilis?

@@dr.suyashshinde5556 sir woh cancer nahi hai na sir main GATE exams lekar kaafi tension mein tha and preparation ke 2 din sirf 4 ghanta soya tha . Also my 3 wisdom tooths are coming . Sir mujhe left arm pe humesha khujli thi abhi 2 -3 din se thoda jyaada hai .

I have done sonography of neck shows cervical lymphadenopathy level 2. I m facing dry throat and tightness below the ear. Lymph nodes size is 13.5mmx7.5mm on left and
12.5mmx5.7mm on right. I have pain in neck area with dry throat nose blocked. I can see polyps in nose.

mera sirf inguinal lymphnode hard hain , todas sa hilta hain... or mera lymphnode kavhi chota kavhi bada ho jata hain...... toh yeah kya dengerous hain ? plz bata na....😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 mujhe bohot daar lagraha hain... or mera full body main 12 lymph node swelling ho gaya .... mera age 16 + hain....

I found a peanut sized lump near femoral area( pecteneus muscle) .It is on my inner thigh covered by testicles. It does not freely move and does not cause any pain as well . Can this be cancerous ? Please advice. Thank you
Primarily verify if its a node and not soft tissue, get other nodes around examined, also gets local examination of testis done, most probably it is a reactive condition.
@@MystikmonC Thanks for your response. Consulted a doctor. He said that it is not a lymph node as the lump is located on inner thigh and it is due to a reaction for some infection. He has prescribed few medicines for 5 days. Hope it subsides.

Sir should we palpate the submandibular nodes in partial or complete neck flexion Or we need to extend a bit n palpate? Which is the correct method sir
N if as shown in the video we palpate suppose I may not find the lymph nodes but on flexion if we could palpate anything ball like what should be our conclusion sir. Throw some light on this doubt sir

Sir 1 year se mujhe epitrochlear area lymph node of left arm mein swelling hai . Koi dikkat ka baat toh nahi hai na aur kahin bhi swollen lymph node nahi hai . Khaali neck mein jawline ke neeche right side mein Chhota sa 1 year ke upar swelling hai .

@@pritampranabsinghrathore9596 i really think you need to get the axillary nodes ( arm pit swellings) to be examined, as we need to rule out certain conditions.
A visit to your family physician or surgeon would be great, let him rule out the differentials, before calling them reactive.

@@bikramadityasingh9882 most importantly dont worry, the swelling in the epitrochlear area probably is a reactive node.
The mobility in a single dimension, to and fro and not up and down can also be suggestive of a neurofibroma.
Either ways, stay put and be observant, if you still feel a bit conscious then visit a known surgeon and get it excised, histopathology evaluation will let you know the nature of swelling.
