it's more of a cue bag than a case. I gotta say after watching a lot of John's videos, he really is case crazy and it makes me really want to buy a JB now.
I saw one of JB cases livestreams where the guy here (think his name is John) was smoking pot and doing shots of hard alcohol. It appears JB cases is run more like a frat house having a keg party than an actual business. I can't imagine someone his age acting like that and much less trying to run a business while being drunk/high all the time. Logically there are tons of customer service complaints about JB cases and many billiard forums discussing the severe customer service and poor quality problems with this company. Does he make a good case, I don't know depends if he's high or drunk or hung over I'd guess. I don't think it's worth the risk so I'm going to buy from somewhere else.
sadly there are companies that exist to only make money and don't give a damn about the quality of the product they're selling to the customer. what's sadder is that there are customers that actually support these companies by buying these inferior products...smh
