hey john its me Norman from the video haha what an experience that day ill tell you haha very fun and informative and super glad i changed from acme to this awesome beautiful butterfly case. just bought a fiber shaft for over 400 and i gotta say. i feel super calm knowing my shaft will be in good condition. the case is still in very good condition and i just love it. thanks again and cheers!

I want to take this moment and say about an hour or so ago I got off the phone with with one of his customer service reps Lauren and she was very polite in answered all my multiple questions I had in regarding to a case I designed online. I really do appreciate someone in customer service who will take they're time to answer your questions and this shows that John has a great staff and it's always willing to help you with any questions you have about a cue case you wanna buy. John please give Lauren a at aboy from me. To all those people out there who don't believe in John's pool cue cases you should really do your homework and research everything you want about a pool cue case before buying because John backs up his claim and this video just proved it. This guy in the video took the time to really fact check John's claim and now he's a fan of JB Cases too. Keep the videos coming John and I'm hoping that once I decide on which design of the pool cases I want to be made you can count on me being a fan too. Eric from Vegas

I have two JB cases. A nylon 2X3 / 3X5 and a full leather case. Hands down thee best case for the $.
My JB case has been the best case i have ever owned. I have had three main cases since I started playing pool. I have been playing pool for about twenty years. The JB will last and take care of my cues for at least another twenty years and the lifetime warranty is a nice just incase there is an issue. If I ever have the chance I am going to get one of those butterfly case just because I want one.
Before I bought a new case I did my research an JB was far from none what I was looking for being in apa league 8 ball an nine ball case held up now for over a year now still like new would diffently buy again only for fact for a bigger custom case
Owner of ACME is scamming people using the false ideology of protection by copying JB Cases. Whenever I see an ACME case used by players in my league, I want to tell them it their case isn't good.
You had a Sean cue?? You mean Schon? You would think being in the business you would know how to pronounce them. Lol and you are right that people do call you unethical, etc. And in this video you mentioned not only do your cases protect better but they are more secure. What makes them more secure? Just wondering how they prevent being stolen more so than other cases or is this another misrepresentation???
