- Hoi An is located 30km South of Da Nang, and is undoubtably the most well-known place to visit in the region of Central Vietnam. For History, for natural Beauty, and of COURSE for the flavors, this is a place well-known for decades... and its my first time to visit!
In NE Thailand, there's a large population of people from Central Vietnam (in Thai known as "Yuan"), and as a result of this emigration those of us living in Esan have blessed to know several delicious examples of Vietnamese cuisine... but at the cost of what flavors? Which ingredients have changed?
Li and I are here with my parents, and for today I am searching for an exact authentic version of one of our family favorite take-out meals we order at home in THAILAND. I'm very happy to say that at "Anh Ba Hung" there is a family restaurant taking care of every single question/dream/flavor that I was wanting...
Today we get to try the "Nem Nuong," two types of "Bun Mam," and even two bonus dishes that are out of CONTROL tasty, and dishes that I could surely eat every single day. I'm very happy to answer this Vietnam travel question as "Success," and very happy to share this experience today! :)

Hey Joel! Ouuuuu! More food to make me hungry. They has some of the best vegetable presentations. Let me tell you, that is a huge knife and it cuts so thin. The lid spoon invention is epic. A perfect way of hands free saucing. I'v e only had chicken feet twice my whole life. Once as a child and then once with some Haitian friends to bring in the New Year. I enjoy the natural lighting in your videos. I can't wait to feel the Asian sun on my skin. Great video!

Please, dip the wrapped into the sauce to get the sauce flavor on every bite. Basically, you wrap one type of meat with veggie, not all at once. Takes time and enjoy!
