    thx for the clear-cut recommendation for regular consumers. Most people who watch videos like these are new to film like me, so giving a recommendation with that in mind is always super helpful.

    After watching this amazing video, I think that for the most part, the RS2 is much better because it will let you replace the battery if for "x" reason it start to give you issues after the warranty expires. The omission of a swappable battery system is a deal break for me, so I will be buying the RS2.

    What a great video! I have bought RSC2 and It's litteraly my daily driver gimbal. I use additional handle instead of folding it, because its only like 25 USD and way easier for me to use. RavenEye system works amazing as well. Thanks to this system I don't have to bring any monitor on set and just relie on my smartphone. And at the end advice for all people buying Ronin RS2 or RSC2. Remember to buy the COMBO kit. It's 100% worth it :)

    Great video, thanks! I still can’t decide whether the folding arm on the RSC makes it a better companion? If money is not an object and neither is payload, which is best - the RSC for the arm and easy briefcase mode or the RS for the ability to use it off the handle without phone!?

    • @TECH360TV

      If money is no object RS. Lighter can have multiple batteries and display screen is nice to use. If budget is concerned then RSC

  • @koalamusik
    @koalamusik Před 3 lety +1

    you can't use the additional focus wheel on the RSC2, even though it's working on the RS2, the Ronin S and even the Ronin SC. So, in that point, you are downgrading when choosing the newer RSC2 instead of the Ronin SC.

  • @sidestoryhero534
    @sidestoryhero534 Před 3 lety +2

    Why are you comparing the base RSC2’s price of $500 to the RS2’s combo package of $1000? If anything, you should be comparing the base RSC2’s price to the base RS2’s price of $850.

    I got a a7iii with battery grip and a heavy lens+raveneye to work great on the rsc2. The funny thing is that i think the rs2 is more portable then the rsc2, the folding looks nice but the shape of it isn’t practical for any type of bag imo

    Best review on this 2 gimbal models, I only have a M50 Canon camera with 5 different lenses and I'm planning to buy better cameras in the near future and more lenses so do you think in that case I should buy the RS2 because I will get more gears very soon or just get the RSC2? Let me know and thanks so much!!

    • @TECH360TV
      @TECH360TV  Před 3 lety +1

      Apologies for the late reply. Depends on the camera you are going to invest in the future. If it’s going to be significantly larger then RS2. If you want the bells and whistles of the touch screen and ability to swap out the battery then go RS2.
      If you just want a gimbal that’s compact and you can carry without issue, RSC2.

    • @TECH360TV

      The RSC2 is more travel-friendly due to its lighter weight, but depending on your camera and payload. If you do decide to change, make sure you get a really good deal, since it's an older model.

    • @TECH360TV
      @TECH360TV  Před 3 lety +1

    • @marclabro
      @marclabro Před 3 lety

      thank you ! I am newbie in video on z6ii. If i decide to invest once in a gimbal and select RS2, doesn't it look like a big monster totally overskill and huge for z6ii. I don't imagine size. the lcd, the detacheable battery, the screw for balancing look so nice. Is it easy to carry or requires its big suitcase ?

    • @TECH360TV
      @TECH360TV  Před 3 lety +1

      The size is roughly the same it’s the features that are slightly different. If you want to add a ninja micro etc and so the whole setup you may need the RS2. Once you take off the battery the gimbal arms are quite compact. The RSC2 gives you the option to fold it and reposition it based on shooting style. Do you need the Ninja V?

    • @marclabro
      @marclabro Před 3 lety

      thank you very much ! I don't know if i need the ninja v. z6ii AF is less good than sony a7iii and we need to play with wide-L red box, subject tracking FN1 button,... and for video many people advise to use manual focus with focus peaking and with my glasses i have difficulties to see focus peaking so i purchased a ninja v for handheld video. again, i buy the equipment but still be newbie :-) in case i miss video, i become influencer for ronin :-) I think i should consider rs2 pro kit and so have a raveneye but again, my iphone 8 is small for looking focus peaking? How do you see this ?

      @TECH360TV  Před 2 lety +1
