Does the Visa officer already have sponsor details as in the sponsor name and F1 student's relation with sponsor? Can I name a different sponsor to the officer than that shown to university?

If an organization is sponsoring my deficit how do I explain myself to the officer
I have applied for c1d Visa on 15th December, in interview counsular officer said my visa is approved and it website status it shows approved,after 2days status changed to refused, then got my passport back after 3 days with 221g mentioned that it requires additional administrative processing if/when an update available consular office will contact via email like that mentioned so please can you help there possibility to get approval for my visa

So I applied for a B1B2 visa and got denied a week ago reason given was 214b now my home country is Pakistan and I applied for a visa from Saudi Arabia and I am on multiple visas here as my husband is Mechanical Site Engineer at Huawei from last 1 and half years and is living and working in Saudi Arabia from last 5 years. I lived three months before and went back to Pakistan came back again and applied for a visa. Also last year in 2021 I completed my Master's in Germany and came back from there. And I have been to the USA in 2014 as an exchange student. So my question is do I need a job here or a permanent visa here in Saudi Arabia to get my B1B2 visa approved?

I applied for renewal of b1/b2 visa before my expiry in 2020 Feb and I received green slip for 221(g) and asked to visit us Mumbai consulate .US consulate was closed until 2021.In September 2022 I sent e-mail to US consulate how to proceed further they asked to visit embassy for interview without prior appointment .I visited us embassy in December and at 221(g) counter and they told me as you have come late and we have given scheduled appointments since our embassy started working since 2021 you cannot proceed further and you have to start the visa process from scratch .I saw in us embassy website the fees paid by candidates is valid until September 2023 and I received email from
Embassy only on September 2022 to come visit embassy nothing was told to me at counter for my questions. What should I do ?

Yesterday I was rejected, it was my 7th try . I've been refused 3 times from my home country back in 2019. And 4 times from Japan in 2022, December. I feel like I've been banned from entering in us . I was denied last month in Lagos Embassy, the v.o asked which musical instruments I play and I told him, he then asked how I'm going to pay and I explained my whole financial situation starting from my assistantship to my father as my sponsor after this he asked what my major will be and then I told him Music but my focus will be music performance/Music therapy and then he started typing. While he was typing I tried to start talking about where I work and then I just that I'm not qualified for the Visa. Please what did I do wrong was it because I tried to start talking about where I work when he didn't ask me? Or maybe the correlation between my major and focus.

How about if your uncle / cousin lives in the country you are applying to go like US? Do you mention that when ask who is sponsoring you?

I think it’s because you told him that you had someone in the US which give him the thinking that you wanted to move to the US instead of going to school
