Hay just my 2¢... I find that when I went bigger the motor came bigger jumps. Realize without a tower to tower brace, be ready for bending drive lines. Anyway, fun weather you must get. From PNW, we just get rain. Have Fun
Well my EXB Mojave is forever blowing diffs front and rear... Don't actually know what's going on. They seem to lock solid after a bit, yes I've striped them down can't find any issues so new fluid in them build bk up twisting and operating fine then after one run boom locked again. So I just replace them.and it's getting costly.....I might give those red ones a go, I'll see how you find them Jason 😊.
Just recently had my rear wheels lock up on my V5 Typhon, thought the diff was a goner but I took it all apart and found the 8x19x6mm bearing in the diff housing was starting to seize and would lock up if under any load, hope that's all it could be for you.
I like Rocket motors, been using the 4082 1609kv in one of my XL's for years. Haven't used the other upgrades though. Will be curious to see that diff opened up!
I would think the 2250 Kv would be a better choice for the Typhon anyway at the end of this, though would still be fun to see you run the longer can 2060 Kv geared up in it.

Fluid is too light. That's why you are blowing

I've been looking at them for a while, and was always interested in them. We'll find out what the quality is like in the coming months. :)
Keen to see how the RCAWD diffs fare, for the price they would want to hold up. That Rocket motor will be insane if it isn't overkill.
