I eat these chips atleast once a week, he is extremly nice guy, he apologize if the fries takes a minute or two more, I eat like 3 4 plates when I am there the sauces are what make his fries special, his name is Usman I think and he have a stall right beside a busy computer market known as Gul Haji Plaza.

@@gixxer4646 white powder is corn flower to make them crispy without burning the starch in the fries... It is a well know recipe when making fries from fresh cut potatoes... But if you are eating McDonald or KFC you probably never know...
I miss Gul Haji and the food in Peshawar... I lived in Peshawar for most of my life and got education there... All my friends are from Peshawar. . . I am an ex Pat now.
