Great race preview - probably the best on CZcams! Definitely a must watch for all taking part in the race.
Cheers Henry! Best of luck.
Thank you! I hope this video gets around as it is is for sure helping my race week nerves.
Terrific, thank you. Just found it the night before the race but really useful. I won't order that 3rd beer now I guess ;)
Great overview - thanks for sharing. Last year Muskoka was my first 70.3 and this video would have been very helpful to watch prior. I just watched your Tremblant overview for this year - looking forward to racing in a couple of weeks!
This is great! Thanks Mark!
Great video! Thanks
I’ll see you out on course! -Mark
Great overview. Thanks for the video!
Super helpful overview - thank you Mark!
Glad it was helpful! Good luck!
Thank you! This video was very helpful in navigating Muskoka 70.3 this year.
Second watch on the night before the race! Thanks for the information
Thank you!! 😎 Super helpful
Thank you for this vid!! I did a sprint last year, will do an olympic this year (Sep 2024), I'm looking forward to it. So, it's been a long time goal of mine to participate in the Muskoka 70.3, I'm thinking 2025, hopefully it will take place. Perhaps once I get this olympic done, and get a better feeling for triathlons, I'd like to get in touch with you come Sept 2024 to see if I'd benefit with some coaching to help with a 2025 70.3. I'm planning on spectating this up coming Muskoka 2024 race. Will you have an info booth or something set up in this years race? Anyways, thanks.
If using a carb heavy drink in one wayer bottle (ie Skratch Super Fuel), how do you recommend managing your total carb intake if alternating between that and say water for the first two hours (ie drinking 1 bottle per hour, but alternating between two bottles) ... not sure if that made sense..
Just alternating sips between them to ensure you are getting appropriate hydration Vs carbs Vs electrolytes based off the recommendations on the fuel bag. -Mark
I am attempting the Ironman Muskoka 70.3 race this year.I am new to triathlons and completed an Olympic distance triathlon in 2:45.
What can I realistically expect for time to complete in Muskoka? My goal is under 6 hours but i feel like that may be unrealistic for me.
Let me know, thanks
I am in Waterloo can I join this?
