- What is the best Tech Tree in World of Tanks in 2024? In this video, I give you a full analysis of the current WoT server statistic and tell you which tech tree is worth playing - not according to my own subjective view, but according to the official statistic. If you play those tech trees, you will not get disapointed!

Those are definitely some interesting numbers to consider.
Talking about real world results, I can so far say something about a couple tech trees. I will tell in the order I aquired their Tier X vehicles and mention every vehicle I didnt skip and remember driving.
TVP T50/51:
-Skoda T25 is an amazing tank. This gun is absolutely illegal.
-The Tier VII is rather bad. Very bad gun, no armor either.
-Skip the Tier VIII at any cost - do not drive is vehicle its the worst Tier VIII vehicle in all of WoT history.
-The Skoda T50 is nice. Its basically like the Tier X, but one shell less in the mag.
-The TVP T50/51 is difficult. It is very mobile and flexible, which is very important, because it has basically no armor. Nothing will bounce - not even sometimes but it makes up for that with good mobility, camo and gun (good, damage, precision and handling). The only bad thing about the gun that its not very reliably penetrating better armored targets. It has 310mm of alpha pen on its HEAT rounds.
M48 Patton:
-T20 is a great Tank.
-Skipped the Tier VIII.
-The M46 is the most horrible stock grind, which is why I skipped the rest of the tank.
-The M48 Patton is a very good and beginner friendly tank. It never misses a shot, no matter if youre currently traversing, snapping, actually aiming and holding down W. The gun never misses and easily penetrates anything unless its a Minotauro in your face. It carrys plenty of rounds, comes with usable mobility (comparable to what you could expect from a T-10 or Obj. 277), has some alpha damage but completely lacks camo. It is definitely played more like a T-10 or Obj. 277 actually. The armor works decently. You will definitely bounce a couple shots - you cant just auto aim at this tank if its facing towards you unless you're shooting gold.
IS-7:
-IS-3 is great. Just watch out for this major weak spot on its turret. Always raise your gun after shooting in a hull down position. Do not attempt to side scrape. Doesnt work on russian heavies.
-Obj. 257 is very bouncy, unfortunately not very fast if I remember correctly. But it has a good gun if you get close.
-IS-7 is a fool proof hold down W tank. The turret has no weak spots and only Jagt-E can penetrate it. For any other tank: If youre hull down and facing towards youre enemy, which is not Jagt-E: Youre invincible. Keep in mind to press W because this tank is crazy fast. Gun also hits hard. And you cant see shit if nobody is spotting for you.
Obj. 277:
-IS-3 as said before.
-T-10 is the most fun I had in Tier IX. I kept this vehicle. It has a strong turret, good gun and good mobility. Its not your box standard heavy but its not a medium either. But it can do both medium and heavy things.
-Obj. 277 is like the T-10 but slightly more difficult to master from my experience.
T57 Heavy:
-T20 as mentioned before.
-T69 Another worst Tier VIII vehicle competitor. Your fully aimed shots (clip) go as follows: Air, House, Floor, Bounce - repeat. You are slow af and also dont have armor.
-T54E1: Horrible stock grind but decent if fully geared up.
-T57 Heavy: Addicted to heat: Bring at least 5 clips of heat and do anything you can about the gun handly. Also bringing Coca Cola is 100% necessary - but I bring food on all my Tier X vehicles. It is very satisfying to hit a Maus with 1600DMG withing 6 seconds and lighting it on fire for another 800. Thats some very quick and easy 2400 DMG within just a couple seconds. You will recieve some interesting fan mail. The armor sucks and the gun handling is just barely managable. You definitely want to get close to your targets and shoot them, while they reload. Mobility is rather okay.
Obj. 140:
The Tier V is great.
The Tier VI can be considered op.
The Tier VII can be very good.
The Tier VIII can be very good (use the 250 alpha gun and bring gold rounds).
The Tier IX is great but has barely any gun depression.
The Tier X is super mobile, decently armored, invisible and has insane dpm and also very good penetration. It can shoot, hit and pen at full W and permatrack T95. It can see. It is a very powerful tank. Alpha damage isnt the highest but therefore it can reload in under 5s with bond equipment and food. Bring as many APCR rounds as you bring HEAT - if in doubt rather more heat and a couple HE shells in case you encounter Grille 15.
S. Conq:
-Caernaraverraveron is the best Tier VIII premium heavy tank in the game. It has 99999999 DPM. 90° of gun depression and infinite turret armor.
-Conq is a good tank.
-S.Conq has working armor, no worth mentioning weak spots, is addicted to gold ammunition and you must at least to 4k damage every round or uninstall the game.
I probably forgot about some tanks I grinded but I dont feel like starting up the game now.

ebr 105 is like the most top LT in the game
play the french line.all those tanks are pretty competitive and have an equal playstyle. plus the tier X tank is super strong. I recommend to watch all my (7 or so) light tutorials that I made. they should give you a jump start. merry christmas✌🏻👍🏻😁

Funny how across the board it seems like all tier 8 tanks fall off compared to the rest. Wonder why that is? 🤔🪙
i.m.o. this is intentionally. WG wants to give you a huge incentive to buy a t8 premium tank. Now if you have fun playing a t8 premium, you might consider buying another one. Therefore, t8 tech tree tanks must be worse (in general) than their premium brothers....
