The hospital robot is great. What is wrong is the description of the system. The robot was not designed as an employee but as a patient. He will not provide productivity but he needs help. The alternative interpretation of the social role is, that the hospital robot is not simply a customer, but a VIP guest. To be more specific the robot is the captain of the building and everybody else has to obey. His name is Colossus.
