Halloween Crafting - How I made my Candy Corn Doormat

Hi Guys,
as we don't have too much cute Halloween Decor here in germany - I am going to make my own (again). I want a nice doormat that is kids themed as I have two young children and what would fit better than candy corn?
So here we go...
The technique obviously works will all sorts of patterns. Whatever comes to your mind.
