Grace- here's a wall paper hack. When hanging something on wall paper- take a utility knife, cut a "V" shape in the wall paper where the screw/ nail is to be going. Peal back that small "V" shape, exposing the dry wall.........crew in your screw or nail.....and hang your item. .if you ever change your mind, and take the nail or screw out, you simple flatten the "V" back in place with a little glue, and you can't tell there was a hole there.
I love the striped wallpaper with the floral. Very stunning - I think it looks really good. What a nice room for an office. I am impressed with your work and creativity.

This room was a real departure from your normal style! I love it, but i would never have thought the cottage core style was a favorite of yours. There is such freedom in designing a room for yourself! I appropriated a small bedroom for myself as a small sitting room and was able to decorate exactly how I liked without having to consider what anyone else liked or enjoyed, so it is an extravagantly colorful and cozy room that I love to have my morning tea and bible reading in with only the dog for company lol

Sarah, your room is beautiful! But I have to ask, when did DIYers start pasting the wall instead of the wallpaper? I’m in my 70’s and I have installed a lot of wallpaper in my day and we put the paste on the paper. Just curious. Also I must say I am shocked at the cost of wallpaper. It used to be one of the cheapest things you could do to spruce up a room. Love your channel and I’m so excited to see all your improvements to this house.
Thank you so much! Different paper manufacturers have different requirements for paste. The brand I used stated to paste directly on the wall. No booking required! ☺️
I did, too. Paste & then book it for about 5- 10 mins to let is rest. This is the 2nd You Tuber I've seen paste the wall. It did look less messy.

Well, I enjoyed this! I don’t know how to zero dollar due to lack of resources, but I want to do the master bath. I already have the paint, but you inspire me to try wallpaper in the toilet closet!

How creative. I love the vintage feel of your office.! A little hint: If I'm dealing with cheap, raw wood it helps to spray paint the wood before the brush on paint to give the wood a good seal first.

I love it! Looks so cozy and beautiful! I love wallpaper too but I love to decorate for Christmas and so I'm afraid of using wallpaper because I'm afraid it would clash with Christmas decor. 🤷🏽♀️

Beautiful results! I'm currently using this mindset for our den. Using left over paint, decor and dragging furniture from other rooms, lol. I think the only thing I'll be buying is new trim and some supplies for a special effect for the 5th wall...the ceiling..😊

to hang things on wallpaper without harm take an exacto knife or razor blade and cut a V where nail or screw needs to go peel the V cut down with knife and if you decide to move it you just past the cut piece back
as for free project those are also my favorite because I know JESUS is the one that gave me the idea and He gets the Glory
