For pilots reading, can't stress enough that unless instrument rated, please don't fly in marginal weather, even if barely legal (3 to 5 miles viz).
Case-in-point: JFK Jr.

The average time is takes for a non-instrument pilot to kill himself in IMC/instrument meteorological conditions.
If you are the owner and just using it for private use, all you need is a Private Pilot License and Gulfstream Type Rating. Then you can fly it as a co Pilot.

No licenses are issued by the FAA.
FAA only issues CERTIFICATION of Proficiency documents.
Is multi engine license required too ?
Your acronyms are incorrect. There is no PPL, CPL or ATPL. One earns FAA pilot certificates, not licenses, just as medical certificates.
