Not sure which video you are talking about your dust problem inside. It happens because of pressure called Bernoulli principle. Its caused by when your vehicle is driving, it causes low pressure inside your van. High pressure outside the van basically it causes a vacuum affect any vent, tiny hole will suck dust inside. It happens especially around the door, windows, fridge vents etc. No matter how good your seals are.
You need to either seal every gap, but need to careful around fridge it needs to be able to breathable. Or you need to create high pressure inside so there is no suction.
When you traveled through AZ, Grand Canyon, to California you sucked a lot in.
In Australia outback its a big problem, most people get a pressure unit fitted to solve their dust problem. There are DIY videos on the problem ie how, where to tape, different vent units to create high pressure, covering fridge vents safely which will solve the problem. We get red dust in the outback and stains everything. Its a real pain in the bum.

Insane. No one EVER mentioned this before. It’s literally because of physics and not because of something i did wrong when building the van.
I’m sure the red dirt is worse, but the dust here in the west of America stains everything too. Drop your white pillow on the floor and game over!
To make matters worse, we drive everywhere with the windows down (dirt roads included) because our air conditioning has a leak somewhere and doesn’t work right now 😝
