In 8:13 you said to convert glucose to glycogen and results in glycogenesis, I think this is wrong as in my textbook and on the spec it says under the subtopic 'Insulin' that converts glycogen to glucose

glycogen to glucose is glycogenolysis (lysis means to split.)..Glycogenesis is creating glycogen (genesis means to create). Hope that helps
