I have an issue with my brows staying “up” too and what’s worked best for me is the Revolution Beauty Soap Brow used with a LIGHT spray of setting spray, then use the spoolie to brush up and shape how you like. I still sometimes have this one small spot that doesn’t stay but this is what I have found works best, BUT the trick is to not overuse the setting spray to “activate” the wax. Your makeup always looks polished and elegant. Love it 😍👌🏻
