Unemployement update: I AM EMPLOYED

Also me: falls asleep at 9
I swear I will conquer this one day! But for now, I will be inconsistent because I am adapting to a new routine. But I'm employed! And I am really really grateful.

Oof. I really think the only way to prepare is to tell yourself that you deserve this job. If you take away all the nerves the best you can, then you can be more present and more authentically yourself. I know in this job market it can be really hard to have that mindset, but I think the less pressure the better it can go. I also always gave a really good question to the hiring team which is "when will you know that you've found the right employee for the job?" It makes them really think about all your questions and makes them ask themselves: did I just find that person? Idk everyone LOVED that question. Always good to have a question that sticks with them.
