Depends on what your needs are?! You need a website along with scheduling clients ? Then look for a software that has both.
Appointy seems like the winner and then square ?! Idk 🤷🏾♀️ I’m still trying to figure out which one to use. I don’t know. I feel confused but I want to be able to transfer my domain name and logo and need a website to be available etc and I want to be able to upload photos of my cleaning etc of my cleaning and reviews … along with payments. I want to make it to where it is more than one type of payment. They can use their bank account and to pay upfront after work is done I can be able to charge them based on how many hours was needed. Etc.
Can these apps be implemented on your own website. I have no clue when it comes to technology

Are there any apps that schedule as well as allow you to add notes for each client who schedules? I am a pet sitter and need to keep specific notes to remember certain things about each client because many are repeat clients.
I need that too. I also want for the client to add their address for in-person meetings, zoom links for virtual meetings, text message and email reminders, two way sync to multiple Google calendar and create a calendar event for both me and the client. Is that too much to ask? lol maybe!

Is there a calendar that can lock our business hours of operation? My employees keep scheduling customers for our service-based business "outside of the hours of operation" and then I have to keep paying my employees over time. 😭
I'm looking for something where a sports coach can book sessions with say 3 kids at a time. Some packages call this "group scheduling" - something free or economical that offers this feature - it wasn't clear from your video though. Can you suggest?

calendly does not have multi location (physical). In this day and age that people have to have multiple jobs to make ends meet, they need to add multi location.
Either choose Calendly + zoom, or Zoho meeting
A wise developer would read 80% of the conments soo as to develop systems that meet peoples demands!

yes once they sign up on your google calendar they receive an email confirmation and get their calendar gets marked and yours too. But you need to sign up for workspace it's not on your free account google calendar.
@@h.c4898 How do you accept payments from clients when they schedule appointments? I didn't see it as an option on Google Workspace.
Setmore does not have an intake form. For exmple of you need to ask the customer's age bracket, etc.
I really need a system converts appointment times based on the time zone as my clients are all over the country. I also need something that collects reviews.
Acuity scheduler does that well. I am using it.

Wast of my time
OMG! Last week, everybody flamed me (appointment invited me) to go along with their Calendly booking system. They were integrated with Google. Whew! Complicated as h*ll! Calendly was NOT SIMPLE - OVERKILL! Verbiage galore - I am too busy to stop what I am doing, slow down, and waste time on it! OH! One of them changed the appointment meeting and extra notifications were sent all over the place! (How many people FOR REAL stop in their tracks to carefully read the terms and conditions of every purchase and service they get? NO ONE!) I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO OPT OUT of Calendly and schedule an appointment the old-fashioned way. I HATE SMS TEXT MESSAGING because I used to get flame-broiled with spam, so I disconnected it. :) OH! And the reminders for us not to miss the appointment! And two of them were late for their own appointment!!! If those people don't change and make it faster and easier to use any of the scheduling software, I refuse to do business with them. In fact, I terminated doing business with two of them. I hope people read this comment as constructive because I can definitely use Calendly or Google Gmail after several refinements. Off the cuff, this is similar to Zoom and its competitors. I selected ONLY Zoom for less stress.
