I’m putting my EXT front forks back on this weekend. I’ve come to the conclusion that street riding isn’t for me on these bikes. I’ll definitely be putting my front fender back on soon.
I don’t have a suggestion to pass along, the electric bike market is rapidly growing new bikes are coming out almost weekly seems like. Hopefully you can find something that meets your needs , sorry I wasn’t able to help

Son wants a ebike for around $600 that goes 20-25 mph since thts the limit in the United Kingdom. any idears would help pls.
