What could have actually happened is that Okuyasu was running at Kira with his stand ready to erase him but right before he could do it, Jotaro stopped time but his time stop didn't stop The Hand's erasure causing it to slowly erase the air thus making Okuyasu move during time stop. It's like how a magnet (and thus electron particles) are able to, somehow, move during a time stop which Jotaro used to trick DIO.

Okuyasu simply erased time. Okuyasu couldn’t say “so it’s the same type of Stand as…” on “The World” because he was meant for “Za Hando - Kingu Kurimuzon”.
It explains why Kira was suddenly confused when he died because “The Hand - King Crimson” erased over that part, Reimi was able to tell Kira because her being a ghost allows her to perceive eradicated moments of time normally, she also had to tell the Morioh gang later after they just suddenly saw Kira’s body mangled and neck twisted afterwards because Okuyasu simply assumed everyone there saw what happened, being that it was his first time and all.

@@affanvh5746 the hand will erase part of the stopped time's matter and because the universe finds an empty space it will stitch itself by borrowing more matter from it's surrounding this includes okuyasu and that's why he was seen briefly moving in stopped time he only stops moving when the stopped time reaches that new replacement of space that za hando erased okuyasa is actually smort since this allows him to launch himself somewhere safe in ts like in the air

I didn't mind stone ocean, I thought it was a really good part. the only bad part is that the transition into part seven is not explained in the slightest. We just hop into an entirely new universe completely separate from the rest of jojo.

5:10 KIRA KUWEEN DAISEN NO BAKUDAN BAITZ ZA DUSUTO is easy to understand though. It reverses time by one hour whenever someone or a group of people try to find out Kira's identity via the host that Kira selects. This time reverse is triggered by the questioner being exploded because of their curiousity about Kira. When time eventually gets back to when the questioner died. They will explode the exact same time they did last time and time will carry on. If someone is exploded and the time reverses, the only way to save that person is by having Kira deactivate BAITZ ZA DUSUTO. You could make him deactivate it by simply attacking Kira so then he has to disable BAITZ ZA DUSUTO to be able to use his stand KIRA KUWEEN to defend himself against the attacker. The reason he has to deactivate it is because BAITZ ZA DUSUTO can't be active at the same time as KIRA KUWEEN or SHEERU HEARTO ATTACKU.
Once BAITZ ZA DUSUTO is inactive, all the deaths that were meant to happen due to BAITZ ZA DUSUTO no longer happen.

Bites the dust is a requiem stand that's primary ability is to destroy any evidence that would get people to learn their identity.
Kinda like wonder of U: It only activates when you do a certain thing and cannot harm you outside of that

How it works in lore wise
BTD activates when its planted in a target that planting is now stamped in time and any action from there on will be repeated even after BTD rewinds time.
Once kira would turn BTD off that stamp is removed and events would not repeat although if events from the reset have already happened
it will be perminate
