There should be some kind of project that involves the construction of a real life Hogwarts somewhere in Great Britain, somewhere rainy and cold, but green and sunny some times. This place could be a hotel, you should be sorted to your room according to your Wizarding World (Pottermore) house, and be given a wand instead of a card to open your room door. This same music, should be playing all over the place as ambient music...the guests should be able to book themselves for different activities (all HP related of course)...If I just was a billionaire, that would be my gift to the world...a real life Hogwarts...same size, same epicness!

idk why....but i have this weird feeling when i think bout harry potter specially while listening to its music....its like so nostalgic for me.....i start regretting why i grew up so fast.....i start remembering about the sunday afternoons, all the summer vacations spent watching harry, hermoine and ron grow up, watching them grow mad in friendship, ending up in tears everytime i watch snape's memories.....this all just feels so reminiscing that i forget about all the shit going on in life....harry potter is the best thing ever happened to me and there will be no movie like harry potter ever again....this was the most explanative i have ever been in my life but still i think i couldn't explain it well....whoever is reading this....pls let me know if you feel the same.....

Yeah, me too-- I've mostly lived my life with fantasy right beside me. Potter is a whole level up, what with the highly realized movie universe (and bud, if you can get to the Wizarding World, do it. You will not be disappointed. If they had vaguely reasonable apartments there, I'd be sorely tempted!) and huge fan base. And yeah, Snape is still a gut punch. The early films had my audiences hissing his first appearances. And I joined in. Now... well, you know!
I still watch it...whenever I am in a holiday mood....its as if I am viewing them for the 1st time.....these masterpieces will never grow old for me even if I grow old....

Have the same feeling... A while ago, I've read all the books in English on my E-reader. Was checking the web for some facts. The first book came out in just around 1998. The first movie in 2001. I was recommended to read the book first, before the first movie. My thoughts after discovering there were three years between the first book came out and the release of the first movie: what the heck was I doing, not noticing the first book in 1998?? LOL

@@angelhani7408 I think part of why it works may be related to how it's such a comforting feeling- the safety of such strong nostalgia and remembering that you've always had a safe place in that reality. A very peaceful notion, when you think about it.

But do you all realize that we did this together? We all went on this adventure. We all saw Lily and James in the mirror. We brewed polyjuice potion. We spoke to Remus over tea and lied to Umbridge. We snuck around a castle at night!! We learned to stand by our friends. We went through some scary things, but we all experienced it together. Each page was read by millions of people. What greater thing is there than that?

Hogwarts is our home away from home... and while we are not there physically it will always be apart of us... and if you feel distant just listen to the music and you can experience the magic all over again!!

I can just visualize myself walking out of the castle onto the grounds as the sun rises and enjoying a nice walk on a chilly morning at Hogwarts before going up to Gryffindor tower to get dressed for the day and then head down to the Great Hall for breakfast. Harry Potter isn't a series.... it's a part of all of us who grew watching the fictional characters growing from childhood to teenage. In reality, there is magic associated with every life either human or animal, you experience it when you witness the journey either virtually or in reality as a parent.. It's indescribable !

It is okay to feel that way but you should also be happy to have a unique and great life. You just have to enjoy it. Most of us have things that Harry Potter does not have; a caring family, we don't have to go through all that trouble of loved ones dying almost every year. You should feel grateful and we do have our own type of magic. Not the one with wands or spells or stones that make you live for eternity - the one with joy and happiness. It is good to believe that there is some magic hidden in a corner... just waiting to be found.
But all I am really trying to say is to be happy with what you have been given. Please take care through this rough time and find your inner magic. xxx

My husband says I can never remember how much we have in the checkbook but when Harry Potter music is playing, I know what scene and what movie it's from without looking. That's how my heart is. And, by the way, Thank You Alan (Severus) for saving me from a terrible fate back in 2002. If I had gone through with what I was going to do out of depression, I would not have had the chance to love you and the crew of Harry Potter; especially you. You were my Guardian Angel.
Listening to this, and reading the comments, realizing that this is a fantastic world, a world we've all lived in despite never being to. It truly is magical.
Alright imagine,
You're in a huge library, one of those old fashioned ones. Y'know, the ones with dusty books, globes, and weird trinkets on shelves. You're sitting in these lovely maroon velvet chairs with the Harry Potter books on a wooden table in front of you. To your side are freshly baked pastries and a glass of cold milk. Your cat curls up on your lap, and you start reading the first book of the series. All of a sudden, this Harry Potter ambiance starts playing softly in the background, creating a nice atmosphere. The fireplace in front of you is billowing with warm, comforting flames. After reading for a while, you sigh contently and slowly drift off, your cat purring and snuggling closer to you in your lap.

During a particularly bad time in my life I decided I would watch a hp movie to ease the stress. I tucked myself in my bed, played one of the movies... and as soon as I saw The Great Hall with it's candle-filled air, the place full of sounds of rattling crockery and cutlery, saw the warm light and heard McGonnagall's voice I suddenly thought "I'm home" ...and after days of being restless, barely sleeping and existing I fell asleep. Peacefully.
Call me stupid, but I felt more at home in Hogwarts than in my own house at the time...

I will never ever forget how I felt when the franchise ended. I was crying, not because I was sad. I was so content with it. It gave me that feeling you'd get after a wonderful meal, and you're uncertain whether you'll ever be able to taste something quite like it again. I'm so lucky to be born into this generation because, I was able to grow up with this timeless marvel and I'm always gonna brag about it :'D

When you are an adult and still a huge fan, looking back when the first Harry Potter book came out (I was just the same age as Harry) and realize that the real magic is the actual existence of J.K.Rowling's imagination... So, thank you for bringing back magic to children's lives, realize that many things are possible, still keeping in mind that some things are impossible even in the wizarding world. She is a true National Treasure, should treasure her now, because there'll be no other writer of the same caliber in centuries. She is magical.
JRR Tolkien, Terry Pratchett, Rick Riordan, Neil Gaiman, and multiple others. Literally all of them have wrote better stuff.
@@verylostdoommarauderlol, I knew there would be a comment like this, and apart from Tolkien, I don't agree with any others. Especially Rordan, the Percy jackson series are so bad, it's an Insult to compare HP to it.
And if they all wrote "better stuff" everyone would be aware about it. Tolkien did that's why LOTR and Middle Earth is so beloved and popular. Rowling did the same with HP and Wizarding World.

This music...I can't even describe it. When I start it, I want to lie in bed and close my eyes. It brings back memories - memories of amazing parts of the series. The way J.K. Rowling connected all the books and how it came down the end was amazing and left me speechless. In my school, everyone acts like it's a book for late elementary but I will forever love this series. But, the music. It touches my heart, I could cry. I now listen to this everyday. I can't stop. I love this so much. Again, I can't even describe it. I love it.

I use to play this music when my kinds (3 and 5yo) need to calm down. I hope, one day, when they'll read the books, I can play it too. So when they're going to be big enough to watch the movies, they'll feel at home as I do. And only then they'll know why I love that music so much.
I was going to listen to this while doing my homework but I ended up feeling like I grew up with the Harry Potter movies. I was almost gonna cry from the beautiful music 🎶 Thank you so much for this video, it made my day 🙂

@@therookie5182 Shifting is moving your consciousness from one reality to another. In this exact moment you are in your cr, which means (current reality) and then there are multiple realities where you can go to (thanks to shifting) and it all lays on the multiverse theory :) in small words, you can go to Hogwarts in real life, but in another reality. Shifting is becoming aware of other parallel versions of you and shifting to that other body to live a different life (if you want to) to this one.
I listen to this every time I read the HP books. Each time I get to the end, I scroll to the beginning. I'd love a 10 hour version of this! I never read without it. Every time I look up from my page, I get to stare at Hogwarts standing proudly against the beautiful pink sky. It's beautiful. I love this video so much

I'm facing my window while studying and it started snowing and with this music in my ears all could feel was gratitude. I feel so nostalgic for a place and memories I've never experienced. Am I the only one who really lived through those stories?
It's amazing how this makes me miss a place I have never been to. But maybe, just maybe...we all did go to Hogwarts, but in order to protect the magic world, they erased our memories. But there is still something inside of us that remembers.

I've been working in the Wizarding World at Universal for 6 years now. Some days are really rough and it's a lot to deal with. I've always loved Harry Potter and I hope I never lose the magic it brings me and in turn what magic I can bring to the park guests. This helps a lot. It's been a big feature on my sleep playlist, and whenever I'm feeling really fed up or stressed about work, this reminds me why I love working where I am. Thank you.
