My mom use to put me to sleep this was when I was younger.
I started listening to this and my cat came over and was trying to find the source of the sound. She was very interested. I think you can branch out to ASMR for cats now. 😺

This is very relaxing. I really enjoy these asmr videos that are almost ambient sounds. I suggest looping something like this into an 8 hr video sometime. I made an 8 hr video of just breathing that is crushing it.

Im always victim of any ASMR videos, when Im already falling asleep their is a loud ad blasted in my ears, its so unpleasant getting awaken by that way
maybe one day you can make a hair soap washing/massage asmr on yourself or a maniquinn video with maybe some kisses or humming.I hear that those bubbles popping are a popular sound to ears......just an idea
