often see tsuchiya pressurizing the braking system right before brake entry. I noticed in my 200sx too that it helps to pressurize the system and allows you to brake much harder. I wonder what causes this? Is something worn? I bleeded the brakes again, but makes no difference. Are it the pads? My skyline doesn't have this.
Driftingstreet could also be the type of brake fluid being used. Once brake fluid reaches it's boiling point it creates gas/air bubbles in the system and needs to be changed and re bleed

That's called a heel-toe downshift. What it does is short-braking, utilizing both the car's brakes and engine to slow down.
