She got offended. I meant no offense. I loved her so much, but she took it as rejection. & Idk if you've ever heard of the 5 love languages? Anyways my top 3 are " quality time", as much top, but then words of affirmation is my 2nd, then gift giving.. then it's like physical touch & then acts of service for me.. that's all 5.. so, I am aware satan is likely aware of this, too.. and i hold nothing against , Nicole , like she is truly awesome but I can't disrespect myself & be drug the mud, & its rather sad, bc she has an excellent Spirit bad things just happened & I HAD to break up with her.. I just did. It's been so sad. I cried so much. I never wept like that over any1. However I know Jesus has led me into it, & this is my testimony. she is super cool . I have no ill words, although ahead backslid & hurt& cheated on me. Ouch.. but this is the good news, last night I had her messaging me, & erratic somewhat like her emotions were traumatized& like she didn't want me to reject her & I said that if I can talk to u or we communicate, may we work at closure.. take a serious break but healthily gain closure. as hurt & at 1 point even angry as I was secretly bc I got cheated on, sexuall. like i wouldn'tSleep with her so it crushed me that she went & found someone else, to her regret.. but she I guess is still hurting & started using suggestive language , lustfully& trying to use words of affirmation to "let me know how amazing I am to her" superficial & in my vulnerability to her & all that. I recognized that this is not God . She is looking to seduce me. & like she is getting like just out of line, inappropriate.. & keep in mind I am hurt, we spent 7 to 8 months strong & its a month & maybe a half removed after I broke it off.. & then she is using words of affirmation, my 2nd most love language. & I KNEW it wasn't from God but satan & sensed lust& I'm not speaking bad or her, but she was perhaps being used to play with the innocence of my heart at that time, & speaking highly of me(words of affirmation)& sex stuff was attached so I was like please just stop,Nicole. Please . & I said that bc when she was saying things it caused feelings even in my body, & It just wasn't healthy& I said God I seem too susceptible& even tempted, uhhh, help , please , Lord.. & I just stopped all correspondence& asked Jesus please help, I feel vulnerable& He caused me think of ,"Jackie Stout" & I was like, ahhh . I'm going to watch that video she made with u about lust bc He Jesus put a special anointing on it. So I put ur video on my smart tv& exercised the instructions Holy Spirit gave via u in that video, taking each thought captive to the obedience of Jesus. & cut the snake head off at the root. & I had to wrestle severely with Jesus to help me , BUT testifying to how by His grace I stood strong.didnt give in, & she was phew so strongly adamant & she caused triggered responses in my body, or satan did , however my testimony is thanks to You Jesus& & miss Jackie , I have overcome and plan on always doing so.i fell asleep with your videos on, slept great. I do like and believe your analogy. In my opinion at times it feels as we sit in the chair, others in bad spirits try to knock us off the chair. Sometimes we rock back and forth from the chair as we get tested. All in all I have found out in my life journey with Christ is that, we must stay put in the chair each and every day. Through the winds that try to push us off and the earthquakes that test our willingness to know that the chair isn’t going anywhere. That is noted. What’s hard is to remain sitting everyday as everything moves and shakes around you. 🙏🏼❤️✝️ Faith is the only way, and it’s not for weak in heart.😕
I tell my kids to let God our Father pick out everything for them, their spouse, their careers, their children, etc. Because when it's from God, you'll know it right away, and it feels clean, blessed, and bound only for success. Stay in the Word. Don't let the business if life interrupt.

You've made some excellent points. This scripture can be a little hard to explain. Faith and works go hand in hand. If a person is unemployed and are in desperate need of a job. That person may pray to God for help and genuinely say that I have faith that God will bless me with a job. But that person doesn't fill out any applications, never talk to anyone about potential job sources,and basically does nothing. Then that faith without actual work is dead. Because God says seek and you shall find,ask and it sha be given to you. Faith and action are the combination for many of the blessings of God.

The problem with your analogy, is what if that person is looking in the wrong place for jobs, or what if that specific job is not of the LORD? Thats why we wait on the LORD, yes its also partly because of our laziness, but we also need to know where to take that ACTION or what WORK to perform and where at. So yes faith without any works is claimed to be dead, but also works without any faith or guidance from the LORD is also dead.

Although this is a very hotly debated idea…I fully agree you are saved by grace through faith…there is absolutely nothing you need to do except surrender, repent, believe, accept, and walk with Him…. and His works will follow, not our good works, but rather His good works through us. Now non believers often give the argument that there are amazing works from people who have no faith, just a heart of compassion and service, and this often is true. The source of these works however is not of the Holy Spirit, but rather the higher character in Man…and these are according to Man’s will, and not the will of God. Let’s remember that God’s will is simple, and not a million different things including prosperity, and wish fulfillment…God’s singular will is that His kingdom comes, and His will is done (which is to bring His kingdom to Earth through believers hearts). This is His will for us, not our will for Him for us. Thank you so much….you are a beacon of his wisdom, and an inspiration and role model for all of us. Freedom exists when both persons take responsibility for their actions. That is why faith and action are connected, as the Apostle James right says in his letter.

Amen. I have often explained faith this way: ABC. Action, based on Belief, sustained by Confidence in that which is believed. I have also used the analogy of crossing the street. I can believe that I can safely cross the street for my whole life and never cross the street. Faith is stepping off the curb. In other words, faith without works isn't faith. Faith is an action.
Beautifully put, and I love the object lesson. It's a really easy way to explain the point to people who may have trouble understanding what James is talking about. True faith in Christ necessitates action; adhering, to the best of our knowledge, to the actions that Christ would take in our place. That is what bears real fruit and change in our lives, and allows the spirit of Christ to do miracles through us. Further knowledge by research into the character of Christ yields more powerful results as our faith and understanding of Him grows.

I have faith Jesus is real. I took a step of faith in 2020 and step away from my job and started working for myself. That took a lot of courage and faith not knowing if I was going to make it without relying on a job. meaning a W2 job. Instead I went the route being my own boss. Even though I know this job is temporarily I felt lead to do it. I thought about it for a while and I even prayed about it. Another example of faith i took. I invested in crypto currency. I took a step of faith. Did my research and I felt lead this was something I was very interested in. Without taking a step of faith, how can you go anywhere in life. It starts with us❤ I have faith all things are working for my good and I will have a wife , house, and a family one day and God will be the center piece of it all.

I love that analogy of the chair. Pistis is rendered "proof" in Acts 12. We examine the chair for its structural integrity and then sit in it as a consequence of "faith"(trust) in its workmanship. Hmmm...i dig. It reminds me of 2 Peter 2:1-12, the ladder of faith.

Amen. I have often explained faith this way: ABC. Action, based on Belief, sustained by Confidence in that which is believed. I have also used the analogy of crossing the street. I can believe that I can safely cross the street for my whole life and never cross the street. Faith is stepping off the curb. In other words, faith without works isn't faith. Faith is an action.

True faith in Christ necessitates action; adhering, to the best of our knowledge, to the actions that Christ would take in our place. That is what bears real fruit and change in our lives, and allows the spirit of Christ to do miracles through us. Further knowledge by research into the character of Christ yields more powerful results as our faith and understanding of Him grows.
I love to listen to you speak. Such wisdom, are faith as believers is going to reflect in are actions, having said that, We are saved by grace through faith.

I have faith Jesus is real. I took a step of faith in 2020 and step away from my job and started working for myself. That took a lot of courage and faith not knowing if I was going to make it without relying on a job. meaning a W2 job. Instead I went the route being my own boss. Even though I know this job is temporarily I felt lead to do it. I thought about it for a while and I even prayed about it. Another example of faith i took. I invested in crypto currency. I took a step of faith. Did my research and I felt lead this was something I was very interested in. Without taking a step of faith, how can you go anywhere in life. It starts with us❤ I have faith all things are working for my good and I will have a wife , house, and a family one day and God will be the center piece of it all.
Among all epistles of New Testament the one of Saint James is most inspiring for me. It's like a rock

Faith is certainty. Certainty can be followed by action, but not necessary. There is no need to action-proove certainty that is faith.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

I remember that after a few months my father came to see me and gave me so many things that I tried to bear witness in the best way possible.
One day I asked him, Lord, why you have chosen me to reveal all these things to me and I try to leave testimony of all these things as you have entrusted me, but he did not answer my question.
I told myself, how strange that he does not answer me.
Because even though he did not answer me, he kept revealing many things that I have tried and with his help through the Holy Spirit to bear witness in the best possible way from the beginning and always with the Holy Scriptures.
So I told myself, I must be doing something wrong, because he doesn't answer me, but he teaches me so many things and talks to me about so many things, I must be doing something wrong. Until one day the Holy Spirit put it in my heart.
Then I told him: Lord, I sought you, I gave you my whole heart, I recognized that I had lived a life in sin completely satisfying the desires of the flesh and my heart, I confessed to him all my sins, all that I could remember, I renounced the world and everything that meant something to me I left in your hands. hands, although it was only owned by fishermen, was all it meant to me, my family and friends.
I left everything in your hands, I asked you for a new heart to live it for you, I accepted you as my only true way and my Savior, my God, and I asked you to give me strength to be able to distance myself from the things of the world, because you have chosen me? then the Lord, after acknowledging that I sought him, although he shook my heart, then at that moment my Father answered me and said to me thus:
Because you have a good heart, you have tried to be fair in life, you have lied and you have sinned, still, my father has found grace in your heart, that is why he has sent me to see you.
We are saved by grace, and this is by faith, not by works, because no one will be saved by works!
And you have said well, that by your faith, the Holy Spirit automatically and without even thinking about it by nature, works.
