Gemmy life size Santa Claus (flat base) and life size Santa Bear {Review}

Little background on where I got these guys -
the Santa was a gift from my aunt years ago
and the bear I found out at someone’s curb one day for trash. There was actually 2 of these bears so I took them both, the other one doesn’t work at all and this one worked except the dancing. I went inside this guy last month and fixed him so I’m not sure why he isn’t dancing now. I’ll keep you guys posted if I can fix the dancing, if not then it is what it is I guess.

Anyway I'm gonna get the Gemmy life size santa exactly the European model with a different belt and the normal base, probably the Santa I'm going to get need a new motor for the head but anyways...
I already have 2 life size Santa's, which is a knockoff one and a Revisited one with the exclusive suit.

Well it's weird that your bear won't dance if you already fixed it, it probably needs a new motor if you can't hear anything inside it, and santa needs a new belt or motor to make it turn its head correctly

That's weird, your Bear doesn't dance, mine dances but the head does not move and the mouth does not open. There is another post that said he "fixed the string" for the tongue, but did not say HOW> If you can please post how you fix things/
