- I repaired one of the Chmeilewski's life size dancing santas, trying to fix the other as well, which is harder, that one is in rougher shape, fixing the frosty will be easy. Yes this is the popular Christmas house, the Chmeilewski's Christmas corner in Bismarck ND .

Awesome job of fixing the Santa. You have a new subscriber here. I shave 3 life size Gemmy in desperate need of repair all have different faults. Snowman has no sound, 1 Santa won’t dance as no power to the motor & another Santa that has a broken gear for the mouth. Both Santa’s are also broken inside where the main plastic part that sits on top of the springs has snapped & tried glue but never holds.
great job, I am working on a sing Santa right now but I think my controller board in the base is dead, do you have any suggestion on sourcing a new base.

Ik I'm annoying as hell probably lol, but I'm just wondering how you achieve speaker mods/replacements , I thought the audio was stored on that specific speaker
Nah, audio for animatronics is programmed into the board, speakers just amplify the audio, finding the right speakers can be tricky though because there are different OAH types and they will have different levels of loudness and quality. I kinda just used a extra rock a long santa speaker on this lol

Our Walmart doesn't get these really. I never see them when I go during the Christmas season, and people dont just wanna keep buying new ones when they are gonna just keep breaking. If someone can fix these things. Theyd rather have that then spending full money on another one that's eventually going to break as well. They already had 2.
