Me being the trooper I am, took him up on his offer and came abroad to witness and learn more about the people of Dagestan.

At the end of the vid what he says is so TRUE, we don’t get much media coverage in Dagestan.... these vids shine a light on Khabib and his team... while Khabib trains Conor is in chaos with his career... and as we can see Khabib trains EVERYDAY even during Ramadan!

I think All people could learn something here, Khabib and his people and home have kept a sense of community around them that I feel alot of people and communitys nowadays have lossed, leaving us the worse off!
Also like Khabib said himself this is "poor" land and "people from Daghistan don't have too much", I disagree for the reason I mentioned before, meaning I feel these people (Khabibs people) are the Richer for it, family and community is everything!

Family, friends,neighbours enjoying life together, I couldn't even tell you my next door neighbours name and I've lived next too him 3yrs now... .

Conors hometown is only 1hour away from me on the train, I know the area good,
I know a lot of people are giving Conor a lot of shit just now because of the bus incident and other stuff but those actions are his. Freezer My guess is that in the Dagestani Islamic culture, women spend most time at home, being devoted to the family life, devoted mothers and wives.
Not like some Western culture where the men have no healthy protective jealousy over their womenfolk, would share their women with any man, and parade them around in lingerie etc.

Nohb'dy 11 Islam assigns different roles, duties and rights to men and women. It is only a silly and modern Western notion that men and women should have exactly the same roles and duties etc. Society can't function right that way. Muslims let God in His Wisdom decide how humans should go about structuring their society in the best way possible.
Get back in your hole, Socrates. There's no reason men and women shouldn't be allowed to undertake the same roles if they so please. Society can quite clearly function in such a way, and societies based on hierarchy eventually tear themselves apart at their own foundations as restricting our freedom inevitably lends itself to alienation, conflict, and abuse in our lives. Anyways, my intention was to point out that many people don't think that you truly respect women (or anyone for that matter) if you don't respect their ability to follow their own decisions for themselves in life.

I think it shows to some extent why the fighters who come from Dagestan are so good but also the way they train also could show why they get hurt so often.
