The key to financial freedom and great wealth is a person's ability or skill to convert earned income into passive income and/or portfolio income. I personally feel that the #1 benefit of having my expenses covered by passive income is that I get to keep doing a lot more of the kind of work I enjoy. I also get to work the way I want to work - where I want, when I want, how I want, and with whom I want.

Bro, first of all thank you for what you are doing. PLEASE reply to my comment. I want to make a website but I have little to no money. Here is my plan.. To make a website using BlueHost, make some money, then make my own web hosting and rent it just as you are doing, but then I will have to keep paying for blue host and the Server. Should I do it this way or should I just get the server and start my website there from 0 and rent the hosting for others to help me pay for the server?

My question is: What type of management do you need to do? A common misconception with passive income is that you have to work zero hours and zero minutes. There is always some work that need to be done to maintain this income stream.
