    Addiction
Trigger behavior and reward or result
Step one what are the bad habits step 2 what are the rewards I’m getting from this
Be curious when I’m craving instead of giving in, observe and be curious
Bigger better offer replacing the habit curiosity connection or kindness
Defintion of addiction is continued use despite adverse consequences

I help people every day from the people that get randomly unexpectedly abandoned when the Romantic Narcissist is finished with the ‘chase’ part of a relationship.
Maybe Mindfulness Meditation could help the Person with chronic NPD?
