4 Must-Have Instant Pot Accessories for Less Stress Cooking

- Looking at all those Instant Pot Accessories can be overwhelming so I'm giving you 4 must-have accessories (or maybe 5!) that I find most useful for lower stress cooking and might make your life easier as you start Instant Pot cooking. Cooking can sometimes bring out that 'I must be perfect' feeling in all of us and that can lead to a whole cupboard full of accessories building up, (just like mine) as we search for perfection. Instead, I'm encouraging us all to let that go a little and just take it slowly, picking one accessory we like the look of and getting used to that. I've never found an accessory that can stop me making mistakes yet 🙃 and the others will still be there whenever we're ready for the next one :)
I've linked the products I use below, but know that there are lots of similar alternatives available so just use these as a guide and pick one that fits with your budget and is available in your country. I hope this helps calm that overwhelm and you find an accessory you'd love to try out.

My favorite pot in pot accessory is a stackable stainless steel pan(s). They look a lot like an Indian tiffin. They let you cook two different items at the same time and lift both out at once. They're all over amazon (USA) and amazon (UK) has at least one variety, but it's sort of expensive.
Oh yes I've seen those but don't have any myself - good to hear they work
A spare 6L liner and a 22cm tempered glass vented lid are on their way to me from those nice people at Amazon even as I write, but the forky thing for avoiding finger burns is going to have to come from Cobb as Amazon were WAY too expensive. - More than double the Cobb price!!
And my favourite Instant Pot accessory? - The big spoon I use to heap tasty IP stews onto my waiting dinner plate!

I luv pot in pot cooking. I have the double pot with red silicon lids similar to the one you depict. One has the partition & the other the bottom pushes up (yummy cheesecake). Be well.

The american cup and british cup is different. So you need two sets of cups and spoons. Also youbhave to sift each ingredient before you meassure it. Its not best way to be precise. However i found much easier solution to this problem and i simply google it in grams. So if that recipe states 2 cups of plain flour i will google 1 cup of plan flour in grams and multiply or divide as needed. I save my recipe in grams for next time. Its also good to check how much is one average onion or carrot in grams. I found that to be the issur i used to have with onions and eggs in particular. You should get very sensitive scale which does 0.00g or get two one for gold which i use to meassure yeast and 5 - 10 kg kitchen scale. Did you try keto diet on your arthritis?

Goodness, the Thermapen in Australia will cost the same as buying my 8L Instant Pot. Think I'll skip it.

Because i have rhe duo crisp pro.
The basket is NOT non stick.
Is there a better basket i can get? Bearing in mind it's 8 quart.
Because the only stainless steel baskets i can find are very small and fit in ,6 quart or maybe 4 quart.
But much smaller than the one that comes with my instant pot.
I do a lot of chips and potato wedges. They just stick terribly in the basket that comes with mine
I haven't tried it but someone told me that the ninja Airfryer basket might fit - could be worth looking it up and checking measurements

What website to buy dehydrator stainless steel for instant pot duo crisp air fry and dehydrator? And what about the container with the pink rice cover and bowl? I have 6qt pot. Thank you! Also, I don't a feature for rice cooker or yogurt. I am sure I can somehow modify using my pot. Thank you!
Hi the, if you have a look in the description I've put links for the red covered tin which is called "Instant Pot Stainless Steel Round Cook or Bake Pan". The dehydrator tray is also there now and is called : "Dehydrator Stand" - under the 'some of my favourite things section.
